Management is poor! Manager doesnt even speak english and is very unprofesional. Speaking with her is like speaking with a person with no education. Shes never in the office. Tenants constantly have to call code enforcement to place a maintanace request cause manager NEVER answers the phone. You will only catch her in the office from the 1st of the month til the 4th if you're lucky. Maintanace request will only get done when the city of irving gets involve. Other than that neighbors are very friendly and its a quiet place to live in. The only problem here that needs to be changed is the whole management. This place would get a 5 star review if there was a well trained manager here cause the current one doesnt even know how to fill out a receipt. Much less how to spell

Apartments are very good for UTA students. I lived there a year, and never encountered problems. Maintenence orders were resolved quickly, office was usually open, staff was friendly, and pests were minimal. There are people living here that have been here since it was opened. All in all, this i…

I worked with Andie Robbins and she was very professional and patient. She went above and beyond to help me and I love my new apartment! After searching and searching, I should have called Andie first! Thank you Andie, you rock!! I would recommend J. Ellis to anyone.
Never ever move to this apartment. They sneak into all possible ways where they can charge you extra. Appliances are from stone age - electrical bill sucks. Whether you use or not the worthless cable service you have to pay extra 50 Dollars. Management teams change frequently. Staff do not know what is customer service. They are very rude and irresponsible. You can not trust them - until you keep your conversation with them in written. I would have rated this apartment negative *****, if I would have that option.
Horrible! Unless you have lots of spare time to spend in court getting your money back, don't bother renting here. They are shady & try to take advantage of people with less than perfect credit. You're better off somewhere else!
At first this place was ok and i really enjoyed staying here but now they are trying to scam residents out of more money. They fined me $50 for having a mop, broom, and bucket on my patio as a patio violation. I have nothing else on my patio: no furniture, boxes, bikes, or chairs. I had the broom our there to sweep off the patio, the mop was out there to dry, and I collected debris on the patio and put it in the bucket until I took out the trash. keep in mind, it was only out there for 2-3 days.
I originally was working with Dallas Apartment Finders (Waste of time) and had a horrible experience since i was only given one option. I emailed through their website and got an immediate response from Nancy and she put together a list of 3 neighborhoods in my price range with at least 3 apartments in each one. I think there were great apts in each group but being from Houston I am unfamiliar with Dallas and since I'm needing to move by a certain time i just decided i needed a place that was less expensive and picked a place where my cousin lives and i was able to get $100 off since they have a contract with my company. I felt bad though because Nancy is great and i recommend everyone check her out. I signed a 6 month lease until i get better acquainted with Dallas/Irving and I'll definitely be willing to pay more once I'm sure I'll love the area.
