Italian Crust

Ordered and my food was delivered on time hot and fresh. The food was great will order he again anytime I come to Dallas.

Restaurant could not deliver I called at 8:30 pm on a Saturday they said had a lot orders to fill will not do business with the crust in future .

It is awesome. I know that word isn't used anymore, but it is just that, AWESOME! The portions you get for the money you pay is great. The prices are reasonable and the quality of food is great. Never had a problem when ordering over the phone for delivery. I always get what I ask for and NEVER had to call and complain about my order being wrong. The person taking the order, never the same, is always courteous and kind. The delivery is quick and the food is real hot. not lukewarm. They are always nice. A perfect place to take someone on a date or for an evening in. That's hard to find nowadays.

Horrible customer service. Great pizza but the customer service sucks. I asked for extra parm cheese with my pizza when I initially ordered it and did not received it when it was delivered. I called back to let them know, a guy by the name of Sam told me that they are on a budget & can not afford to give out more than 3 parm cheese packets. I told him if that was a problem then I could pay for it. He said they only do that for catering jobs. I told him my company and I order a lot from them and everytime we call for extras they never give it to us, he told me that I could order from somewhere else if I choose to. I told him I will do that. Also the driver was expecting a tip and asked me for it and was upset when I told him that what they always do to us. Rude and I will not order from them again....
