The service is here is amazing. I wouldn't understand why anyone wouldn't relax here. As I walk into the shop, the people would greet me and talk to me as if they know me. They would ask me all sort of things to satisfy my needs. Their manicure and pedicure is great too! When I got my foot massage it was really wonderful.



I would like to say thanks to My Hoa for the great service. She was splendid with me really. Julie was quite amazing too! I would like to send more of my friends to this place every week. At times, this place would give out amazing discounts~

Two friends and I were staying at Aloft hotel right behind Hollywood Nails and Spa and decided to walk over and get pedicures. We got seated right away which was great for three of us. Two of us got our pedicures started right away and literally finished in ten minutes. We both got deluxe pedicures with hot towels and wax...the man doing my pedicure put my right foot in the wax, then my left foot, then put the towels around each leg. Then he took the wax off my right foot! It was still wet!! He then rubbed my leg for a couple of minutes and then did my left foot. After he was done he left to another station without saying another word. I didn't talk to him the rest of the day, he didn't even come back to put my shoes on...my friend was charged $5 extra for "callous removal" with a tool that looks like a cheese grater even though his feet never have callouses. Our other friend's pedicure didn't even start until ours were done. I believe the owner did her pedicure. He kept getting up and talking during her pedicure. He continually answered his cell phone and even left for about five minutes to help someone with a manicure.



Then when it was time to pay I went to the front and asked someone if I could pay. She looked at me and walked away. I waited for a few more minutes and someone finally came to help me.



This is the worst quality nail salon I have ever been to. I wish we would have looked at the reviews before walking over.
