        Store Manager - Bad attitude

        I got lifetime wheel alignment with Firestone for my Lexus ES300. On Jan 3rd I gave my car for wheel alignment at 4:30p. Person that took the work order said it will be ready in an hour as they were working on other car's alignment. I went to store shortly before 6p and Service Manager Toby tells me that he put my car in the next days pool. So, I went to store this morning at 11. Toby was not on duty but Store Manager Will said the work was done but they did not have the print out. I asked him if he could take a print out again. "Will" said that in the past 5 years I did not get any other work done from them and they did not care to show interest doing my wheel alignment. So, does Firestone really put their heart when we give them our expensive cars????



        5 years ago when I gave my car for oil change, this firestone drained the brake fluid and on the road when I tried to apply brakes, it did not work ( I had to use hand brake, luckily). Will at this Firestone blatantly agreed to me that they want to focus on customers who generate the most revenues to Firestone. Further he added "They are not after providing good customer experience".
