All-Star Orthopaedics

I was referred to Dr. Schott of All Star Orthopaedics for knee pain. My friend had excellent results with him so i went. His staff is so efficient and caring. They have a busy office and have lots of patients coming and going as there are several doctors working at a time. I went in and completed paperwork and was promptly taken to the exam room where they explained me everything and then took me for xray. they have digital xray in office and i was impressed with office staff as to how efficient and caring they were. Dr. Schott came in shortly after and thoroughly examined me and we came up with plan to handle my aging knees. I really like him and his office. I will recommend everyone to him at his office.

I was referred to Dr. Straus a few years ago when he was with Texas Sports Medicine in Frisco. He's a really good doctor. He has since moved to this awful practice. The office staff in the Irving-Las Colinas office is the worst I've ever experienced. Customer service is non-existent & apparently the doctors don't answer their own patient's phone calls. Jessica is rude & nasty. Cancelled my follow up appt. with Dr. Strauss & I won't be back.
