Only go here if you wanna get ripped off. Tge manager probably has anger issues because he does bad buisness.

Unprofessional rude no customer service to speak of.I accidentally came a day early driving 40mins and Lark showed no sympathy, was exasperated and like I was stupid.She offered no compromises, to pick it up early it would be extra charge $50.Asked if anyone else was using it and she shortly said no but they couldn't let me have it early, it's checked out for the #hours out not use time.I again tried to explain that I just misunderstood I thought I had 24hrs.Her sarcastic reply, it's noon now, to have it back by noon tomorrow would miss your entire party anyway.The kicker is they offer no refunds.I understand they are a business but treat a customer this way is unacceptable I do not recommend using them.If she could not help me out she could have been nicer and it would have been a big difference.My credit card company is disputing the charge/refunding me and contacting AA's bank based on my complaint. Save yourself the disrespect/waste of time talking to Lark go with another company.

The party was going to be a small party but it ended up getting alot bigger, and AA Rental made sure there was no extra stress and adding more tables and chairs and a larger tent and the party with on without a hitch. The men on the delivery were very helpfull.
