They were so polite and generous . It's a small business place but it's great . The employees were very helpful and nice , they answered most of my questions and made me feel confident on the choice of eye glasses I chose . From my experience , i think it went pretty well :)
This place is far the worst I have ever been to! The guy that works their, Luis, does not know anything as far as insurance goes. He told me my insurance was expired and that I was not active with them. So I left, to top it off, the doctor comes to take a payment and takes another person in front of me when she just arrived. Like, what kind of service is that? Then, kept me waiting for almost 2 hours just for him to tell me i wasn't active. He tried rescheduling me, definitely glad I didn't reschedule with with the service I got..... McDonald's gives better service than this place! I do not recommend it to anyone!!!!!
Have seen Dr. Park several times in the last few years, and he does a great job. 2 years ago, I found out I needed bifocals. They suggested the no-line ones, which sounded good. Unfortunately, when they came in, they were weird for me. I lasted about 3 days and just could not adjust to them. Dr. Park was very nice about it and got me traditional lined bifocals which work great for me. Thanks, Dr.!
WORSE Place!!! I went their to check up for my contacts. They suggested me few contacts but I was having problems with most of them, tried like 5-6 then they asked me to pay $20 extra for Stigmatic which I did, yet they weren't able to find good contacts for me. At the end after trying 6-7 contacts, they told me that my eyes are not made for contacts and would need to pay $105 more for re-examine. After paying almost $200, they gave me random prescription for my contacts to close my case. Ridiculous!!!
Dr. David was very helpful finding the correct lenses that will fit me comfortably. He's not pushy at all and will patiently help you. Would definitely recommend.
