I have been living in Orange Park North Mobile Home Community for just over 5 years. My doctor tells me that tennis would be a great exercise for my back. once again been here 5 years and still can't find the tennis courts that I am paying for along with the basketball courts that are listed in the lease that was signed. Where are all these amenities that us tenants are paying for every month?

This is a TERRIBLE property management company. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. They did nothing but lie to us, ignore us, and they kept our whole security deposit for no reason. Please read their reviews and see exactly how they have treated their tenants when they moved out. Don't een waste your time with these people, I promise you'll regret ever renting from them.
Moore Enterprises is one of the worst trailer park owner in Ohio.Will not address any problems and will evict you if you complain.
I've lived in one of Mr. Moore's parks for 8 yrs. My rent has always been paid on time. My concerns are never addressed. Mgmt. comes onto our lots w/o prior notification which I feel is violating my rights and privacy. They took the water meters off the trailers and now go under our trailers without our permission or our attendance as they do their readings. We are paying for amenities that have been unavailable for our use for about 4 yrs. now. The water is disgusting, as is the sewage sysyem. And teenage thugs run the streets all night. He's an unethical landlord and needs to be prosecuted for some of his business practices which surely must be illegal. (If not, they should be!) I own my trailer, I just rent the lot. I am so stressed out living here that the last few months it's made me physically ill. I'm trying to get things together to move out and yet can't just up and move. I am disabled and the stress I deal with here is not helping me get any better!
Manager makes up new rules and regulations as she goes along. Would like an e-mail for the owners so that I can get a hold of them to complain. I have even seen the manager break into a trailer and take things that were in the trailer that she had no right in taking. This is just wrong. They need a manager that actually cares about the tenets and will take care of the park.
for 9 years I along with my sister in law have paid the mortgage at orange park north for my handicapped brother in law and now with the new manager taking over last week she will not take my money without the lot rent and she would not take his lot rent yesterday without the mortgage and now she says we will owe late payments on Monday. Although they took 1/2 of it from my sister in law last week. There Mortgage isn't due till the 21st and today is the 4th. The lot rent and the Mortgage are 2 different things. they have nothing to do with each other . this new manager does not care about her tenants

The maintenance was okay and the property manager was understanding. The leasing agent Sonia is not professional worst attitude ever. We received out townhome in so so condition and their cleaning lady is terrible. They do have a bad roach infestation and after bombing battling it just got worst. The property manager broke our lease without penalty and refunded our money so we thank her for that. I wouldn't recommend this places at all due to the bad infestation.
Dena was incredibly helpful when I wanted to sell my house in Irving to move out of state. She provided the most realistic assessment of the market that I had received from any realtor and then proceeded to market the house carefully with sales material suited to the property and the area. Importantly, she also made sure that the property had many showings. Dena will work with you to provide what you need to sell a house. Highly recommended!
I HATED IT!!!!! Bedbugs everywhere, horrible service and the Apartment Manager Rude as hell!!! The security is horrible, it says gated community and the gate does not even work. You can never find parking and when you brought it up they looked the other way. Both my car and my apartment were broken into and all I got was an "Oh No". Will never go back or recommend anyone to them. I have so many more things I can complaint about! We had to switch apartments twice because the first one was INFESTED with ROACHES! When we brought it up, the Apartment Manager said we brought them in! Horrible service! Never again!
