Rude, Pathetic attitude & unethical behavior, worst customer servicesWe did visit McDavid Honda at Irving to buy a pre-owned Accord and had one of the worst experience of our lives. The salesman himself was OK but his manager (Ronnie) was a total jerk and extremely rude. He basically told us that we don t deserve to buy a car. Being a customer we have the right to quote the price as per our budget. He said that our offer was too low even if went out to buy the same car from a private party. I am fine with that statement of his and maybe our offer was low. However, he went on to say that we had no sense in buying a car and that if we wanted to waste the time of his salesmen we shouldn t bother coming there. The way he talked to me and my wife, we felt very insulted. We were not putting a gun to his head to give us the car for our price, if it doesn t work for him and we could have simply agreed to disagree.
My husband and I went to Don Davis to purchase a 2012 Dodge Charger. Weknew exactly what we wanted and could afford, we advised Theo of the 5features that were a must, one of which was navigation system. Theo Davisworked to find us a match and presented us with a MSRP sheet that featuredall but …
I have been dealing with Don Davis trying to buy a used vehicle and have nothing but complaints about the way they handle business. I starting to contact them at 9:00 am Saturday, no call back. I called back about 12:00 and still no call back. I was called back at 1:30 PM (finally) and was to…

I waited in the lounge and was able to use the dealer provided internet and also looked at the current year model trucks. The time passed very fast.--Posted as a service per authority of business, review written by customer.
This was the worst experience I have had buying a truck. Do not come here for a vehicle. They will only tell you great things and then turn around and ask for more. The staff are not polite. When I finally got in the finance office(4 hours the first day and then got told I had to come back in a day or two) she was nice, but didn’t seem to care about what I had to say. Then, while we were going through the paperwork her boyfriend just walked in the office and gave her a gift. She was so professional by say awe thanks baby as I was talking to her. Finally, after the papers were signed and I had the truck for two weeks, they needed me to drive all the way back to the dealership because the paperwork was incorrect. Now, they say I need to pay $120 more a month or give the truck back. I asked for a finance person( who could actually tell me what was going on) one week went by and the salesman called again asking me to take time out of my schedule to come in and sign a new contract. I asked to talk to someone in finance and he said that he has been waiting for a whole week for someone to call me. I said come pick up the truck then and give me back my corvette. He hung up the phone. I called the dealership back about an hour later and asked to talk to the boss. I said I wanted to talk to a lawyer and he automatically said that they could come up with a better payment by some finance miracle that they must have overlooked. Do not buy here. They will cut your throat for a dollar more.
Typical bait and switch dealership. Advertise a teaser price online, confirm that they have the stock in the ad when you call them. Tell them as soon as you get there that you want to buy the car for the advertised price, they take me for a test drive (that experience would be 4 stars, the salesman, Nate, was pleasant). I like the car so sit down hoping to see some paperwork with the price advertised... They did put that price, but then said they had already put in a ProPack for $799 (really, $800 for a rubber trunk tray($114 list/$76 from online Honda dealer parts), wheel locks ($56 list/$37.50 online) and splash guards ($104 list/$70 from online) So $274 list total.), $299 for pin striping (ridiculous, I didn't even notice there was a pin strip on the car...was it blue on blue?), $399 for tint (only thing that is useful but only worth about $150 at market prices), and $299 for floor mats (OK, useful too but worth about $150. List $142, $96 from online Honda dealer parts department.)Next to the price in the ad it says +TTL, no superscript number, no asterisk... +TTL.The New Car Sales Manager, Ronnie, comes out to explain that it "clearly states in the ad that dealer accessories are extra." Ronnie, please!!! I wish I had asked him to read the text to me from the ad on my phone. So small you couldn't read, but also, not so "clear".The dealers as said " Dealer installed accessories vary per vehicle and the quote is for the vehicle as it sits". What quote, you ask? Well, since the "fine print" seems to apply to the ad, you would assume that "the quote" is the advertised price. Apparently, since " we are not responsible for any errors, omissions or typos contained in the above information", they aren't responsible for having any truth in advertising in their ad. By the way, all these disclaimers are in a tiny statement at the bottom of the ad following an asterisk...but there is no asterisk next to the prices to indicate that it isn't the real price.
I bought a pre-owned car with them, they included unnecessary services of the dealership in the deal. I went back to them with in the first week from the date i bought the car nov-2015. I told them to remove the unnecessary services they offered since i had 30 days to recind the services . They said i will take 6 months to get my refund, it never happened today is dec, 16 2016.
Would have given ZERO for professionalism. Below is my story..Purchased a car from here 3 weeks ago. Sales Person Jason was polite but didn't have much knowledge on the vehicle . He was more interested in playing with his phone. I had to ask multiple questions to get more information about the vehicle. When I asked Jason about the safety features of the car .. he replied back stating that "Are you looking forward to have an accident with the car". I was really shocked with this type of unprofessional behaviour and callous attitude.Sales Manager is a typical sales guy who will try to show that he is providing you the best deal but will hide multiple clauses which will eventually bump up the sales price . I was so much frustrated with this lack of transparency that I was almost on the verge of cancelling the deal.Eventually I bought the car but had a very bitter experience. Will will not recommend this dealership to my family or friends.
Stadium Yamaha service and experience was very positive. I have a working ranch and we rely on our Yamaha four wheelers. I only take my four wheelers for service at Stadium Yamaha. Thanks guys.
Service department is so unprofessional. Went out of my way to put this review. Should tell you what kind of service I have been receiving for the past 6+ months. Awful! Including the manager and his "staff".
Our salesman Adrian was so sweet. The finance manager, John, was a complete jerk and was the reason the sale went south after 6.5 hours. If you'd like to hear about John's MBA and background in car finance accompanied with how stupid you are for declining an extended warranty for a nearly new car, this may be the dealership for you! Others heard him belittling us and did nothing to stop it. Shame on you all!And John also taught us a valuable lesson when it comes to buying late model Jettas: always buy the extended warranty because in the last couple of model years Jettas have been known to have their computers go out around 45k miles and cost about $6k to fix. Thank you, John, for talking us out of buying the Jetta!
I just bought a honda pilot ,really like Mr Sale man Jesse Esquivel highly recomment to anyone, also thank you Mr Lacy give us a good deal on my pilot.. whoever want to buy new car need to go ask for Jesse Esquivel
Steve Cohen was a joy to work with during the purchasing process. He helped us decide which car was the correct fit for our family. He also located the exact specs for us within minutes. Myles was also great and helped us understand the terms and let us know our options.Posted as a service & under authority of this business, comment shown as expressed by a true customer of this dealer.
