What I need: Please send a copy of my Loan # 3000085220 Closing Statement to firstname.lastname@example.org to file my taxes on time, as I have been unable to find it. My insurance info states that this loan was originated [or sold to] Standard Pacific Mortgage, Inc., 125 Technology Dr Ste 150, Irvine, CA 92618-2477. On 4/14/2016, I see there is a Std Pac Mort office at 26 Technology Drive in Irvine; my insurance info could be wrong, or y'all could have moved down the road since my loan began. If you have a question, my cell # is 714-357-9088. I hope to receive this info by COB tomorrow, so that I can file my taxes on time.On 4/14/2016, I called the 4 contact numbers listed at your website. The 1st was No Longer in Service. The 2nd and 3rd were the same number; a lady with children screaming in the background, who disavowed all knowledge of Mortgage Loans; the 4th took a message, but did not id itself at Std Pac Mortgage. For so large a company, you make it difficult to contact you by phone.

The overall communication with Emily was outstanding. I was previously qualified with another lender and would not get a return phone call or e-mail. With Emily Hudson it was completely the opposite. She was helpful, professional and very timely and accurate with everything.
Great intake interview. Julie provided a better loan option, at a lower rate than we had originally thought we would get. At first we thought we wanted a standard 30-year note, but since we plan on very large extra principal payments, the loan Julie suggested (30, with a 7th year reevaluation) was perfect since we plan to pay off the loan in two to three years. Loved the honesty of Julie and the support staff.

I would NOT recommend them to anyone. You cannot believe what they tell you. They told me everything was a go from underwriting. I had a rotten experience with them when they told me the friday afternoon before my closing date that they could not do the loan because they could not obtain mortgage insurance on my new property due to their bad appraisal. They would not refund my $600 that I had to put on my credit card to lock in my rate. BEWARE!
