I just had the worst experience with Hayley at Bare Tan, Irvine. I bought a groupon for $30 for 10 tans. She told me I can't use it because I have been there before. I didn't realize I'd already been there & there was a list in groupon offering the same deal so I randomly picked one. I asked if she could make an exception. She told me "no." I didn't have time to go to another salon & asked for a manager. She was the only employee. I told her I already paid $30 & asked if she could call a manager while I wait. She said she would text the manager. I asked if she would let me tan now while she waits to hear back. She agreed. I asked for her name and thanked her. When I was done, I asked her if she had heard back. She told me she spoke to the owner & he said to get a refund from groupon & take my business elsewhere. I was shocked. When I walked out, I passed 3 security guards. They were all staring at me. I have never been in an altercation in my life and have an MA in Mass Comm. So rude

Well if I told my best friend about this place I say if you work for this place.Be very careful of providing sound wisdom to Rob.It appears he takes it personal if you inform him.Most accidents happen backing up and left turns.Like the one today was preventable. It supposedly was able to give the customer of the gold car a $500.00 discount when the gold car hit the white van.Yet if supervisor Rob had a ground guide it would have never happend.So Rob used the shifting technique. Instead of recognizing the Smith System of Deffensive Driving.He insinuated he was yelled at. How can a person speak at normal voice range.If three cars or more have engines going simotaniously .The person talks at a low volume as to one foot distance ?So in stead of realizing the facts. The accident on July 11,2011 was prevenable he deverted the focus on a subject other then that his boss had to deduct $500.00 off the damaged car. So then Rob took me to Naish. Then went to Mike Cooper. Mike did'nt even want to sign my ticket.He was in front of Heather. Why did Rob use me as the fall guy? Because he is the floor person responsible for the safety of the vehicles and the drivers.So he needed a fall guy. Yet he appeared to justify the preventable accident.Yet Orange County Transportation,Brink's Amored Car recognize it. Mike insisted I was late. Yet I was here at 09:13 A.M. had to go back to get my vest. So I had a friend.I would tell him Mike might not sign you're ticket.Because his friend Rob ,takes it personal .If you point out preventable accidents.He does'nt know about Calif Labor Codes:6400. No employee is required to do anything unsafe or illeagal. The responsibility of an employer is to show ;Due Car,Calif Labor Code:2800. We are to work with best efforts.Calif Labor Code:2924. When an employer might use entrapment or micromanagement or make you're life misserable this as we know is: Constructive discharge with selective enforcement.Calif Labor Code:2922. Or if like Rob did. He retaliated. Calif Labor Code:6310.This was evident when he used the brow beating and badering technique. Cops use this style all the time.When they ask you the same question over and over.We know the motive and intent is to provoke and promote certain emtions.Sadness,depression or anger. This is harassment.Calif Gov. Code:12900.Rob should swallow his pride and admit the accident was prevenable.Also that all drivers backing up ,have ground guides at all times.End of story.
