We bought a used Cisco PIX firewall from Quadrasource. The unit did not work properly. We were able to test and verify this 5 days after delivery of the product. We notified Quadrasource on the 6th day of the faulty equipment. Instead of doing the right thing, they crawled behing their "5 day warrenty" and refused to honor a refund. Now we own and are stuck with a $530.00 firewall that is worthless. I suggest you find a different vendor as this one proved that low morals and unethical behavior is acceptable to lock in profits.
