I googled Industrial Warehouse Irvine after getting a cold call from a rude, pushy, obnoxious jerk who pulled every angle he could to get through to my shipping manager. Not without a name, bozo, and don't think I'm going to be intimidated by all your finagling. I can see by all the reviews I was right on the money about this guy, but I knew that based on our conversation. There are a lot of companies out there who act like this; toner sales, office supplies, etc. Beware the overly friendly but with underlying sarcasm who then gets snippy when he doesn't get what he wants. It is so obvious all the good reviews here are in-house shills. They all say "great product" seriously, what product? You're a shipping supplies warehouse and all they can come up with is "great product"??

That's almost as phony as Saddam and his baby milk factory.

I have my own salesman. He is easy to talk to and helps me find what i need when i don't have time to look for it. I like doing business with industrial warehouse

There a complete scam buying product for Pennies and selling them for quadruple the amount they get there product from uline and conney safety

My company has done a lot of business with industrial warehouse supply and have found them very reliable and affordable. My business well continue buying from Industrial warehouse supplies.





This people that are hating on them have to much time on they're hands you need to get back to work. i'm taking my free time to let these haters know to stop hating.

I'm grateful that Industrial warehouse supply found all my materials and supplies i needed for my warehouse. If you need last minute supplies please feel free to call them all of they're sales representatives are helpful and find what your looking for. They have a large verity of supplies and i an my employees enjoyed the cooler they sent us.

A little putz named "Alex" called from this company. Wanted to talk to the "shipping manager." I asked him if it was large or small freight, he told me large. I put him through to the shipping manager's voicemail. He comes firing back wanting me to page the manager. Said he was expecting "specs" from this clown. First of all I'd never heard of specs for large shipments SO I asked my boss if he knew him, and he said he had no idea who he was. When that was relayed to Alex, he hung up on me. I feel like I need a bath. Can't people sell their product without oily little guys like this trying to slide under the door?

Happy with the service. My sales rep can find me everything I'm looking for. They sell everything I buy. I'll continue to purchase from them.

Matt Collins keeps calling for our shipping manager. Some how he figured out our warehouse managers name and continuously calls and acts like they are best friends. When I tell him he is away from his desk, he acts completely offended and says he is the one returning the call, when he is most definitely not. He doesn't take no for an answer. Gets very pushy and totally creepy on the phone when I offer to take a message. Insists I page the warehouse manager when I have told him multiple times that I CAN NOT do that. Very Shady. Borderline harassing, when our company has NEVER submitted any kind of order or request from this company. I'm glad I Googled his phone number and found out others have had similar experiences with this company. I wish I could vote zero stars.

Total Scam!!!!!

These guys got our credit card number and just started charging it!! They sent out a few items to our shipping warehouse that we did not order and charged 6 times more than we have ever paid. They count on being able to ship stuff to your shipping dept and having a lower level employee sign for it not knowing it's a scam! These guys scammed my company out of more than $7,000.00. The worst part is ,our credit card company(Chase) would not back us up on the dispute! Trent Brown(Masterbrands)

I can say when I got a call from this company I was very pleased on how they helped me find a produt I was looking for. I talked with a guy there by the name of Randy he got back to me right away with all the information I needed. I gave him a shot at my business and he did a great job. They can find any item your looking for. I buy all products for my location of 350 employees. I buy everything here from shipping supplies to warehouse supplies you name it I buy it. I would recomend them to anyone looking for a extra vendor to use. I've been doing business with this company for almost a year now everything is going great.

This is the most offensive call I've ever received at my business. Unreal that they expect to gain business in this way.

This place is a SCAM, I just got a call and the Guy acted like he was my Best Friend, I hung up before he had a chance to offer me anything, I have been purchasing for over 20 yrs and I can spot a scam from a mile away, do your self a favor do not talk to these guys

TOTAL SCAM!!!!! Just got off the phone with Steve from Industrial Warehouse Supplies. Conversation started out like he was my best friend and wanted to build a good working relationship. Stated they are running a promotion and had a cooler with my name on it and was wanting to send it to my home address. I explained that we do not do business in this manner. I asked him where he was from, he stated Irvine CA. I explained that our company is in Missouri and we normally do business with suppliers within our area so that turn around time is minimal. I asked if his company has a web site that I could review their prices in regards to the supplies they carry. Steve explained that he would send this information with the cooler. I unfortunately finally gave in and gave him my name along with our company address to send their supply list. As soon as he got that information he said that he was going to pre invoice us for a box of clear tape. I explained that I did not want to place any order at this time. Steve would not hear of this, even after I clearly stated several times " I DO NOT WANT TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR ANY TAPE." Steve's final word was your tape will be sent within the next couple of work days and hung up. I have already directed my warehouse people to refuse any shipment coming in from Industrial Warehouse out of Irvine California.

The marketing scheme for this company is very shady. They promise you promotional gifts for your personal use to sucker you into buying their products that are overly priced. They did match the competitor price, so they said. Wish I could see the bill. I received my many years worth of supplies but never got my promotional gift. I did not get my confirmation e-mail or anything. Go figure.

I've done business with this company only like 5 times but I am very pleased on how I've been treated. This company will help you locate hard to find items and deliver them fast! I needed a company like this in my hip pocket. I've compared prices and they even beat a few of my current vendors.

DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE when this company calls. They will scam you every time!! Like the other reviews say, they use bait and switch techniques and offer free products to get you to order things you do not even want! I dont pick up the phone when they call anymore.

Don't fall for their fake offers they say they will send a free cooler and a catalog in the mail and they just ask for you to use them for future purchases. Then they will send you product you didn't order and send you a bill for that product. They record the initial phone call to get you to say yes to a free cooler. Then use the recording to show that you said yes to accept a shipment of safety glasses. Do not fall for this scam!

I've talked with a few sales guys there and they are willing to go out of there way to help me find the product Im looking for. Customer service is GREAT and in this day in age that can go a far way. I pay close to the same with other vendors but get NO customer service and when I do I don't get a call back untill days later. I order several times a day and I will continue using them, very happy with this company. I've read some other reviews and don't understand why others had a bad experience, I've been only dealing with them for about 8 months so far and placed about 30 different orders on different occasions never had any bad issues? Im the owner of my company and and in order to have my company grow I need my packing material fast and good quality and I would recomend them to any one needing a good vendor for shipping supplies.
