Hi everyone, please do let me share with you the so called staff at the Village way Management and the association as well as the their lam excuses of a unfair, back stabbing, management co. along with their outside company that does not do a very good job of patrolling other then love to tow other home owners, complex. Please you don’t want to move here it will be your worst mistake you ever made, theirs no parking, not enough of parking, we can park on the street but only if you want your car broken into at night, on the corner of Crown valley rd.They Patrol Masters so called Patrol Service that these people that live here as well as HOA. And their fellow board member’s assigned to this association here at the Villa Mira. The Police are here constantly at ate times and sometimes during work hours do to violent crimes or vandalism of property. These Place are not that kept up with. This place has been here since 1974 and they have done nothing with heaters, safety, specialized indivisuals, no parking accommodation, and theirs so much much more need I saw more. They do have a HOA meeting but that’s so pointless in going to them because theirs only 4 people that are from the board that lives here in the association and about the third week out of the mouth a board member does come out of hiding to basically talk and it’s a bunch of bull that’s all lies. Sometimes it’s nice to go to them when theirs new ideas, and changes or complaints to discuss with the association. But they don’t care, they just will say ok great and we will ad it to the next agenda for us to talk about, or when they ask you did you contact your association and you say yes but you can never get a hold of them that you always leave messages and no one replies back to you or when they do reply they are on the phone with you arguing and fighting with you .The Patrol Masters Inc. company is a blasts Humorously, that is,, In my case I had just started moving in and it was evening and I was parked out in the red so called Fire lane. Let me explain: Village way management association and they follow board members all think that since they had painted all of the out side surround curbs (I do mean All of them) Red and say that’s your or no one is aloud to park their its a fire zone and that they also claim that its regulated by the fire chief and the fire marshal and its not I v checked with them,. I am in the process of going to court do to the fact that they towed my car away while I was unloading my personal things and my Puppy that was only a few weeks old at the time way and I didn’t even know it until I called someone from patrol masters and report my car lost or stolen. Then the guy that is on call down at the office which are located in Riverside county area they get on the phone with you and they just start swearing and being strict and yelling at you saying its your fault you broke the rules etc..And please don’t let me for get about the $400.00 dollars to $99.00 dollars get charge after hours they tack on. And you have to pay that in order to get your car out of the tow yard and hopefully your lucky unlike me I was net so lucky they tore up banged up, and urinated in my car as will as busted a mirror etc. amongst other damages that occurred while my are sits down in the tow. Thank God I was able to get my puppy out of the car. And after all that
