At first I was very wary about...

At first I was very wary about taking my 07 3 series to anywhere but the dealership, but Coast Motor Werk is seriously the only place I will take it. I know I can trust Brad and his team because they are truly knowledgeable about these cars and definitely don't charge for miscellaneous crap. They never do anything extra without consent and are very professional. I also really liked how clean the shop was. I knew they would be taking good care of my car and not damage it. They are very reliable and have been for others I know who have been going to CMW for any work on their bimmers. There's really negative to say. They are the best!

Brad and his team do an amazin...

Brad and his team do an amazing job every time! Coast Motor Werk has been great to me! They get the job done quickly, affordably, and perfectly every time. They care about the customer and about your car. I am usually pretty picky about my car but when I hand off my keys to Coast Motor Werk, I know my car is in very good hands. I recommend them to anyone who owns a BMW or MINI! Truly the best service and team I have ever met!

Loved the experience here at Coast Motor Werks! My Mini Cooper 09 S needed an oil change at 48k and I was reluctant to take it to the dealer and even more so to take it to one of those quick change places.

The price was right for my oil change. Derrick did a great job of letting me about future potential problems and setting up a watch list for me in the next several months. He also provided me with the recall number and information about a water pump that the dealer would have to replace for free.

Great service with a car ride back to my office so I didn't have to wait!

I took my Mini Cooper S 09 to CWM for a 48K oil change and was very pleased. The pricing was in line with what I was expecting to pay for a mechanic that knew what they were doing and wasn't the dealer.

Derrick, the gentleman at the front desk, was very friendly and helpful with the service. He pointed out several items that I need to keep in mind for the future and provided me with information on my recalled water pump. He also provided a simple fix to some other problems that the dealer would have charged for in the long run.

I recommend Coast Motor Werks for anyone with a Mini Cooper, as good mechanics are hard to find for our cars.

Very cool place. I met each gu...

Very cool place. I met each guy who had a part in servicing my car (even taking the appointment). Ron the owner knew what he was doing when he hired his team and started his shop. Each guy I've met has been professional (rarely happens since I am a young girl), and has taken the time to answer my many "why" questions. I like to know how to proactively care for my car, and what remedies are used to fix it.

I am going to continue going here for the life of my Mini Cooper S. I suggest anyone who cares about their car go here. Because then, there's no going back.

I heard horrible things about dealerships. I bypassed them completely with this place. My mom taught me to shop around, do my homework, and be very nice to those who help me.

I did my homework, found these guys, and it is easy to be nice. They treated me with respect (I'm a young girl), showed me the ""how's"" and ""whys"" of my Mini Cooper S, and helped me learn how to care for my car to keep it for years.

I tell everyone about this place, even if they don't have BMWs. They leave a great impression, every time.
