I purchased a Silent Nite SL Snore Prevention device through my dentist from Glidewell Labs. Although the device works OK (says my wife)-- WHEN it works--its functioning depends on very flimsy plastic sliders that connect the upper and lower mouthpieces. These constantly break and Glidewell will do nothing directly to help you repair the device. They require you to go back to your dentist each time for a new prescription, even though though the original prescription covered the same parts from the beginning. It is such a hassle and the the device breaks so often that I recommend looking for another solution. Glidewell cares about dentists, but not at all about end-users. They said as much in email exchanges.

I was contacted by Source One Medical for a power wheel chair and was told after the application process that my chair was covered by medicare. Once I got my chair it was dropped off at my house late at night approx 9pm by a company representitive who was in a terrible rush he had his family in his van and stated that he was tired and was finishing up his last customer which was me. He put the chair in my house never told me anything about the chair including how to charge it. A few weeks later my chairs battery ran out and we couldnt find out where to plug in the charger. I had to use my chair for 10 days in an outdoor outing and the chair was dead. I told Source one that NOTHING was explained just plopped into my living room. After having the chair for a few months I got a collection notice stating that I owe Source One $800 for the chair. I was never told that medicare didnt cover the entire price of the chair. I now have a negative remark on my credit which I cant pay because I am disabled and living on only $800 a month. Again this year I have to go to the same outdoor event in which I NEED my chair and it is dead again. I called Source one again and got an answering machine which no one ever called back. I googled the company and got another number and am waiting for someone to make good on something gone so wrong. My mother also went through source one and they told her she was covered totally for her chair and then she found out that Source one delivered her a Jazzy chair knowing medicare didnt cover it and then in return billed her for a few thousand dollars and now she has a negative mark on her perfect credit. This company is dishonest and will do anything to get money for the power wheelchair from unsuspecting people who believe the representitives when they say the chair is covered.
