WORST repair place ever! Don't waste your time or your money coming to these lying people. Told me they could fix my ipod 4 times in a span of 10 months. Walked in today and they were STILL NOT FIXED!

Just got my iPad repair at RepairZoom and I could not be happier with this well-run business. First off, the service if friendly and easy to understand. I loved the low prices - but also the promise of high quality. The iPad repair itself was very speedy - I literally ran a 1 hour errand and came back to find it ready to go. It was an excellent training. Just as an opining be prepared setting up the chairs for the people receiving the training because there were some standing up but overall a great experience and will definitely go to a different training.
Just want to commend the Lucrazon Customer Service rep Matthew Amato for the stellar service provided to me today. I had been passed around to various people during my attempts to get my complex questions answered yesterday, so I was reaching the point of being utterly frustrated. But Matthew patiently listened to my questions and discerned the correct answers within minutes, saving me much time and exasperation. If not for his listening skills and calm demeanor, I might have lost my patience and just hung up, but it was nice to have someone with the patience and competence to resolve my issues. Thanks again.
