Cash In A Flash Inc-Michigan

I have been a customer of CF for several years and until my last loan I always received courteous professional service...however, with my last loan of Jan 11, 2015 I am appalled at the service given! I fully understand that the customer in a 'payday loan' situation has no real rights financially speaking, but I do have a right to complain about rude, unprofessional treatment by Sarah and the other clerk in the office. At this point I am still too livid to go into all of the details, but the last shady thing they did do, AFTER I told Sarah that I had 2 pay checks was to review my account and promptly redeposit my check that I told Sarah on the phone I would be in to make payment arrangements on; to which she agreed. She even argued on the phone with me that according to them I only had one paycheck and then, tried to apologize for the 'mix up' after knowing they had already re-deposited the check. Neither of them even had the common courtesy to tell me that they had re-deposited the check when I went in as promised to make arrangements to pay it off...very UNPROFESSIONAL and they have lost a very good customer of several years! Oh, I had gone in on April 2 and made arrangements to put the loan into payments and they went ahead and deposited my check, which did not clear, on the 11th, even though I was told by the woman who helped me put the loan into payments that it was okay and mentioned NOTHING to me about needing to come in on the 11th anyway...nothing, not a word. So far as I knew the arrangements were good because she told me "Okay, we'll see you on the 2nd,,," So, so far as I am concerned they had no business depositing the check in the first place...very unprofessional and shady business practices by THEM so far as I am concerned! Just don't go there is all I have to say... I will no longer recommend Cash In A Flash as there are other payday loan places in town that are more professional.
