Coffee was Luke warm which when we complained they made a fresh pot. The music playing was very insulting. Rap music with every other word was FXXX. I would never come back. I had my granddaughter with me, thank god she stayed in the car. I would never imagine that DD would play this adult rated music knowing kids often visit here. David Peterson the owner of Halcyon Real Estate Services allowed (helped, encouraged) the Treasurer of our Homeowners Association to write, endorse, and cash OVER $37,000 in checks to HIMSELF in 2015 and 2016. This check writing practice was cited in an audit by an independent CPA as a “significant deficiency” in the accounting for our HOA in 2015. Who knows what else went on? It was a free for all. David was at every monthly HOA Board Meeting and presented the financials for our HOA. The (now former) Treasurer is also a licensed CPA. What more can be said? Do not use this company.
We brought our daughters car to JCA for a repair. They crashed the car in their own parking lot and caused over $4,000 in damages. They then went on to charge our credit card for the repair. We don't even have our car, have no idea if the original repair is even done. Bad idea. Obviously, we do not recommend JCA to anyone!
I go there often. The coffee is the best and the people are very nice and helpful. The chocolate chip muffin is my favorite and the chicken salad is very good too.
I just want to begin by saying that that woman is absolutely insane we are a family owned business locally owned small business at that; and she has lost her mind! my husband zipped up his pants and turned away to do so.. he never laid hands on that ugly woman.. Hate to be so hateful but she's loonier than Roger Rabbit?!!

Very professional and courteous service. As a woman, I hate having services pushed on me or made to feel like my car is about to blow up. AAA isn't like the others. They've been around for a long time and I can go back when there's an issue.

I always take my Jeep and Mercedes to AAA at Lake Murray Blvd for service. I don't trust to many Service Stations any more except for AAA. AAA has always treated me well and give me first class service for the last 20 years and I hope it will never change.
