I can't believe I grew up 20 minutes from Ipswich and never knew this place existed. Thank goodness friends took us there one weekend. They warned us that it wasn't fancy, but they neglected to say the ambiance is down to earth, cozy, and friendly. I could have stayed all night! The pizza was fabulous, the prices were unbelievably affordable, the service was great, and I will definitely be going back -- often!

Don't go for anything else. It just goes with the pizza.
Thin crust, exactly the right sauce (subjective, I know), and simple toppings. However, it is totally amazing.
The restaurant is cozy, and I mean that in a good way. The people in Ipswich are great; and that just makes the Riverview wonderful.

Literally, this pizza is the best ever. Yeah, you can go to the House of Pizza, which is also good, but what town doesn't have a House of Pizza? Riverview has a unique taste, that is really good. The dining situation (if you choose to dine in) is FABULOUS, all different kinds of seating. Bar, sit-down, and booth. And if you order from home, the pizza is even great in the morning! This place is the bomb, i highly highly highly x3 recomend it!!!

Talk about your ""Hidden Jewel"", the Riverview serves the most delicious pizza my palate has ever had the privilege to taste. I've lived all over Mass and always find the time to visit at least once a month. Mouth-watering pizza, local flavor, and the best damn value you'll ever find. Take your girlfriend, order two pies (they're like $5 each and one pie won'e quite cut it) abnd you won't be disappointed. On the way back to town, hit the Liberty Tree theater on Rt 114, catch a movie, and consider yourself lucky to have read this review, because you will NOT be disappointed. I recommend the salami!
