I placed an order thru orderup.com on 6/24/16 for Athen Gyros located in Iowa City, Iowa. It was then canceled after 45 min. I was later called by the manager Matt I believe he said his name was. He was very rude, became verbally hostile, referred to me as "you people" in a racist manner and then threatened me by saying "I need to tread lightly" and asked my boyfriend who I placed the order for if he was in town locally and that he would come up there. I am deeply concerned for safety and the safety of others that may come in contact with him. He mentioned that I should complain and that he has lots of complaints and does not care. He stated that he's been there 6 years and he can do and say what he wants and the owner doesn't care either about how he treats customers. I seriously find it hard to believe that your company condones such unprofessional and dangerous behavior from your employees. I did not deserve the treatment that I received. Steer clear of this place!
