I spent years hopping between hair salons until I found my home with The Wave Length. Shannon, my stylist, makes me feel comfortable each time I get a haircut and I always leave with a smile and a great style. This salon has a wide array of services (including haircuts, manicures, pedicures, spray tans, facials, and makeup application) and each stylist is dedicated to ensuring each client gets a quality experience. I would trust anyone working there to do a great job. I even started getting my nails done! It's a top-level salon at a great price. I highly recommend it to everyone I know!

They were very nice and I had a nice conversations with them. Kathy did the designs and they were very pretty and intricate . Whenever I go there, it seems 5 people come in to do their eyebrows. They seem to really like it.I know people say it is very unclean, but it's not like you're licking the floor or anything. They sanitize the pedicure chairs and wash their towels.Overall, I really liked the business and would come again.
The first time I went to this salon was for a set of acrylic nails. No problem. I went back about a month later to have my nails done and have a pedicure. This was at 6:45. While I was having the pedicure another person began doing my nails right there at the pedi-chair. The person doing the pedi poked me several times with the nail clippers, as well as put a scalding hot towel across my feet. When she did that I began yelling and kicking my feet trying to fling the towel off. She just sat there looking at me instead of removing the towel. No apology; she behaved like nothing had happened. When my nails were finished I wasn't directed to a nail drier but had to sit in the pedi-chair while my nails air dried. After about 20 minutes I was told I could leave. My nails didn't cure and I have eight nails with the polish chipped. I couldn't go back the next but I did go back the day after that. I arrived at 7:30 only to find the salon closed. They advertise that they're open Monday through Saturday until 8:00. That's when I realized why two people were attending to me; it wasn't because they were busy but because they wanted to be sure to close right at 8:00. I'm going back this morning to have them fix the damage to my nails. I paid $50 with a $15 tip for this mess, and I won't be a bit surprised if they refuse to fix the damage. I'm giving them one star because a zero isn't an option.
This place is awful, my gel polish never adhered to my nail likely because they were in such a rush they did not wait for the lamp to cure each layer. Did a poor job of the cuticles, messy application of polish. Basically they either don't care or they are not competent! Also they use a foam pumis for the feet, it doesn't remove barely any skin. This place is s**t and I would NEVER go here again.
I have gone here for years. They take their time & do a quality job unlike other local places. Don't go anywhere else....
I should have stuck w/ my "go to" nail salon but was in the mall & decided to give them a shot. Mistake #1!!! My "no chip" $25 manicure all peeled over the next day. So I went back and they redid it. Mistake #2. Waste of time because guess what?! It all peeled off AGAIN. Never going back & I now know why they aren't ever busy. Terrible.
I love going to this salon because Amy the owner and her husband are great. they remember you (very personable) and don't push you to spend more. Which in turn makes me want to spend more because the "pressure" to please is off. Amy ALWAYS does such an amazing job. I have been going there for 2 years and she is my nail tech of choice!
This is the best place to go in town. Amy the owner is amazing and Kim gives the best pedicures.
Outstanding skill, customer service, and cleanliness. Highly recommend!
I very rarely write reviews of places but this was such a bad experience. Don't ever go to this place! I came here on a Monday morning. There was a lady on the computer. When I came in she did not even say hello. I told her I wanted a pedicure. She said, pick a color. There were two different racks of nail color, one was for sale, the other was for customers. I didn't know which one to choose from, and it was like I was bothering her ( the lady on the computer) to ask her for help. Then, another lady came in, and she was the one who was going to be doing my pedicure. The pedicure was horrible. She spent about 5 minutes on my nails and about 15 minutes massaging my calves. During this time she and the other lady (on the computer) were having a conversation in Vietnamese (I assume). The lady who was giving me a pedicure never talked to me, I assume because she did not speak English, or asked how I wanted my nails done. Then it was time to pay, and I didn't understand what she was asking me. So, she looked to the other lady, on the computer and she asked me how I wanted to pay. I gave her 20$ for the pedicure. As I was leaving the lady said good bye in a very cheerful voice. It was the strangest experience. It's a great location in the mall. I don't know how they stay in business, unless there a lot of people who speak their language who go there.
