After dropping off my wedding dress I was told it would be finished in two months. When the pick up date came and went, I stopped in to pick up my dress thinking they must have forgotten to call. Nope. It was not done. I was told to wait for a phone call. After another two months had passed and I still hadn't received a phone call I started calling them once or twice a week. Most of the time I got an answering machine (even when calling during business hours). Weeks later I FINALLY got a call back. (Note, this is the ONLY phone call I ever received from them.) I was told that my dress was done but that the person who boxes the dresses had forgotten to put my sash in and would be in with the current week or the following week to put the sash in. I was told that my dress would then be available for pickup. After three more weeks (now a total of FIVE months since drop off) I just stopped in to take it home as it was. I would not recommend Johnson's to anyone.
