a customer for over 20 years now they charge me more than any gas company in the state when you call they are rude ! If you don't meet there gas usage they charge you a hudge rental charge but they will take that off if you buy more gas at there increase rate! Run and run fast away from this company !!! They should be investigated and locked up!!!

My husband had used Rural Gas of Ionia for years. Once they sold out to some other company, they turned bad. We recently (%years) back up to the Hubbardston area. At first they were ok, but once we said we didn't want them because we felt we were being ripped off, and its cost was ridiculous, we put in a wood stove. So finally after 2 years, one of their worthless representatives came to get one of the 2 tanks which was left, and felt the need to number 1, TRESPASSED, and number 2, ripped up the underground line as far as they could pull it, and chopped it off, and then yank the connector right off our house. They have NEVER done this before. It was like they did it for revenge because we no longer chose to use them. Too high priced, and refilled allegedly, too often, or ran us out on auto refill. I'm sure someone enjoyed our propane. I would NEVER recommend them. Other reputable and actual customer service friendly companies around. It's a pity they lost that home town personality.
