Called in advance about two prescriptions I had and was told it would be an hour wait. Once I arrived only one prescription had been filled, despite having a doctor call in the second prescription that day no one knew it existed. After they figured it out I was told I would have to wait another half hour at least. Weren't very apologetic about their mistake and passed it off as though the employee I spoke to earlier on the phone didn't let anyone know I was coming. What's the point of having a phone if those who answer it don't pass along messages? Not very pleased with the communication at this place, next time I'll go to a pharmacy that actually listens when you call before showing up to get prescriptions filled and ready when you arrive an hour later!
