Will never return to, or recommend La Fontaine dealership from now on. Bought a used car and was told by sales person it had been inspected by the service department and all concerns related to mileage, regular wear, and recommended replacements had been done. I was offered a warranty for half the purchase price of the car was and told it was a good car and that I wouldn't need it. When I take it in for an oil change I get told it requires $1500 in repairs! Then a day later after the oil change the battery died and needed to be replaced, which wasn't an issue until after I took it in for an oil change. I called Toyota customer service which forwarded my complaint to La Fontaine, I received a call during work and tried to call back 7 times with no response and no future calls received. To add insult,Toyota customer service told me that it was my fault for buying a used car, "AS IS," without knowing automatically what this meant in a legal sense. My only recompense is knowing that family members who encouraged me to purchase with La Fontaine, and whom purchase new vehicles from La Fontaine on average once every 3 years have vowed no longer to purchase from La Fontaine and they've now lost tens of thousands of dollars in future sales. I also later found out that even a car of this type in good condition had a Kelly Blue Book value of less than half of what I paid for it but only if car was in "excellent" condition. I feel like a naive kid that got had by a business that doesn't care.
This was the best auto repair experience in my life I am a woman 56 years old came into these guys with an issue and they took care of me ASAP with the best of everything and a fair and honest honest quote price everything I would recommend this place very highly to everyone! Simply the best place ever!����✌����

After the locksmith went to wrong place and arrived 45 minutes later, I was charged almost double compared to what I was quoted. Key for car was stolen. Had to get new key so we were stuck. Quote on phone was $149 for key and $29.99 for service call. Bill was $274 when he showed up. Said he had to pay for code and something else. Took advantage of us being in a bind. Reporting to BBB.
Allow me to start by saying, I have never wrote a review for a business, but today I had the WORST SERVICE OF MY LIFE!!!! I will try my best to make this short and straight to the point. I told the mechanic I was having problems starting my car up, I assumed it was my starter but was not sure. After leaving my car there for a FULL DAY AND A HALF I received a call that my car was complete and ready for pick up! Once I got there he told me the job was done, but needed a new battery in the near future because my current one is "weak". (Which he had conveniently for a $120.00 ) He said there was an oil leak interrupting the electrical system which caused the issues so that needed to be fix along with two fuses that needed to be replaced. (Which I thought was weird because I recently got my fluids checked and replaced. I imagine someone would notice an oil leak!) That came to 150.00! After being back in my car for the first time since he ""Fixed it"" I noticed my car continued to have the EXACT SAME starting issues but assume that was due to my "weak battery" he mentioned. So I headed to AutoZone to purchase a new battery. After a battery check I was told my battery was actually in good shape and I did not need a replacement. long story short, i return to the auto shop to confront the mechanic about the issue, before looking at it he told me I needed a starter!!!! wow!!!! So if you knew that why didn't you fix the starter or at least tell me I needed a new starter??? after arguing back and fourth for 30 minutes he returned $60.00 back to me. After leaving there I stop[ed at different auto shop, I told them exactly want I told the previous shop. Within 10 minutes he knew I needed a new starter, but asked me have i been hitting the starter with a hammer because he noticed a few marks. Of course I replied NO!, which prompted me to tell him about my previous experience, he laughed and said "That guy probably hit the starter a couple of times with a hammer which can work as a temporary fix, but THAT'S ALL HE DID!" I do not have a personal agenda or personal issues outside of these issues so I have no reason to lie. Bottom line.....I hate to see any business lose business and eventually go out of business, but there is no place for business ethics like this. He lied, back tracked, lied again and even tried to place the blame on someone else. This review is 100% real and you have been officially WARNED! btw the next shop fixed the problem in an hour and fifteen minutes for $85.00(cost of labor ) plus another $65.00 (the cost of the part) which brings me to a grand total of $150.00...funny, the same price as Cherry Hill Auto Care

Put junk oil in my high mile pick up. Had my girl take it in and I guess they figured they could take advantage of her and put what ever oil in they had laying around. I know if I worked for a oil change id ask a customer with a 180'000+ miles if they want better oil. Idk all together bad experience. Plus the owner was cursing and calling me a crazy redneck american cuz my truck has a redneck sticker on it.. wtf really
AS a female alotta auto care places try to screw us. But they DIDN'T they fixed the bumper, taillight,the trunk was broken and brakes on a car I had not driven in 2-3 years other places told me up to 2,400 dollars!! they cherryhill auto care only charged $700 out the door! They kept my car safe and secure and gave me honest answers to my questions and they are right down the street!! Thank you cherryhill auto care! And the owner is a cutie!!!
When I called them up they quoted $65. After 45 min a guy comes and looks at the lock and shows me a bill of $170.I said this is not I was told so I called back the number and this time around the person says I never quoted anything. More over he says how can I quote without taking a look at the lock. So basically he was calling me a Liar. Anyways I negotiated with him and he agreed to do it for $100. These guys should rename their company to FRAUD locksmiths
