Haha must have enough new business coming in. Won't talk about or honor warranty; ignores messages on the topic but will respond immediately to a new customer.

The "reconditioned" battery they dropped off did not work -- no juice from the get go. They simply sold me a bad battery! Ended up purchasing a new battery. After contacting Alex (owner?) for a refund, he asked me to send him a picture of the receipt, which I did immediately. Haven't heard from him since and now is ignoring my calls and messages.
