I love the Chinese Chicken Salad!! I also appreciate the service and the big cups of Ice Tea they serve when it's 109 degrees in Indio.

Easily the worst Pizza Hut ever. Their service is okay, but any time you ever see a commercial on TV for Pizza Hut or get a coupon in the mail for them? They will never redeem it, ever.

Just opened and it is great. Had the buffet. Chicken was a bit over cooked but tasty. Will come again.

called and placed an order, they delivered the wrong kind of wings then made me repay to have them bring me the correct ones. horrible customer service, very rude. the tracker said my order of just two things was done and being checked for 20 MINUTES before it went out for delivery. im not one to get on and leave reviews but when you get service like this its worth letting people know so theyre not ripped off too! never ordering from here again!

Worst restaurant ever?? The Indio, CA Pizza Hut on Monroe and Hwy 111 is by far the worst restaurant on every level, that I have ever been to. When we came in, every table was dirty. Most of them had not been bussed, but the ones that had still had not been wiped down so they had food, grease, etc on them. The floor was also littered. We should have left after seeing that, but we wanted to try the wings--just to see if they were good.We ordered 2 of the 8 piece bone in wing street wings. Both orders had a ton too much breading, the meat had large amounts of fats and gristle, and basically the little chicken that was on the bones was just mush. Very unappetizing and we were very disappointed. When I talked to first our server and then the supervisor, she said "that's how we get them and we dont do nothing to them". She wouldnt even refund our money even though we only ate 4 of the 16 wings and threw the rest away! Before I left, I visited the bathroom. It was also disgusting and even had large graffiti spraypainted on the walls. Classy!! We also saw a salad bar there (which was disgusting by the way and had food dribbled everywhere including the floor, croutons strewn about, sunflower seeds all over--just dirty). Anyway, nowhere on the dirty old menus could we find mention of a salad bar. I assume you can purchase a salad bar but not that we could see. There is also no menu over the ordering counter so not sure how people come in and get orders to go either. Finally there were old tables all stacked up in the corner of one of the rooms. This was one amazing experience to see how far the interior of this restaurant has been let go. Pretty much everything in the books on "How not to have your restaurant" but all in one place!! By the way, it also felt like the Air Conditioning was out and I would say it was over 80 degrees. Most people were fanning themselves and I heard a few talking about how hot is was so it wasnt just my wife and I. It was our first time there and the experience was so horrific, I doubt we will ever visit another Pizza Hut, anywhere. Finally, I emailed the restaurant and Pizza Hut customer service to let them know of these conditions. I never heard back from the restaurant, and only got an auto reply from customer service after giving them 1 month to respond. Pizza Hut shows total indifference to its customers concerns and I would warn all who might visit there to look elsewhere.

horrible customer service, the manager has no people skills! manager Ramon does not know what professionalism is, obviously the job title is too much for him.
