I would not recommend for huge event. I was promised peonies for a bouquet and they called me the day before to tell me that they could not get them. They replaced with 12 garden roses which looked liked regular roses. The main table pieces looked like funeral arrangements, not party appropriate.

Not alot of selection, theres a place where flowers should be but there arnt any.

This is an extraodinary florist that takes customer service seriously! I had been ill for

over a week and unable to drive and even keep a clear enough mind to handle all the

details of everyday life. Before I knew it, it was my husband's birthday, and I had yet

to get his gift (we had planned to go to a jeweler together to select something for him,

but I was still unable to travel). So I thought, getting a delivery of beautiful flowers that

will coddle his love of nature--that would be perfect. So I called FTD and tried some other

florist services, but it was too late to get any delivery--I'd just missed their same-day

delivery deadline! I called FTD back and asked them for florists in La Quinta, but the

closest they had was Indio Florist. I looked at their website and realized I had missed

their 1:00 deadline too! Frantically, I called them, explained the situation and asked if

there was any way to get something delivered that day. A very kind lady named Aida

took my information and assured me that they could do so. She helped me select an

arrangement and took my credit card payment. After we had hung up, she called me

back and told me her delivery person was back and needed to go out right away, so

she offered me some alternatives in terms of what was already made up and available.

I made a selection. Within about an hour and a half the beautiful vase had arrived! And

she had managed to incorporate into it the gorgeous snapdragons I'd requested--despite

the rush circumstances! Friendly and conscientious delivery personnel.
