Earlier in 2020 I signed up for a monthly service plan with Hyde's, which includes a summer A/C inspection and a winter heating inspection. Casey showed up on time and spent about 15-20 minutes changing filters and going into the attic to inspect the heating elements (all was well). Casey was very warm and friendly and we talked a bit about everything, including golf. Before Casey's arrival, Janelle sent an email introducing him, with a photo and bio included. A very nice touch indeed.
Great experience with Hyde’s Air Conditioning Service recently. My system went down and they were there the same day and sent text messages to keep us updated as to their arrival time. This is a company that does business the old-fashioned way and know the meaning of the term “customer service”. Very professional. We signed up for their yearly maintenance program so we are always covered. We were so impressed we had them service the a/c at a rental property we own!
We had a new air conditioner and furnace installed. Everything we were told at the time of purchase, was exactly what transpired. The service was excellent! The service crew (i.e., Thor and Francisco) were exceptional -- moved items, replaced items when leaving, explained the new thermostat, etc., etc., etc. My wife and I are very pleased that we selected Hyde's Air Conditioning.
We showed up in La Quinta Thursday and it was around 105 degrees. Our sons house was even hotter. We called Hynes and they got here as quick as they could. Before the tech arrived we were emailed his picture and his qualifications. Jonathan was great and explain the problem and solution. Even shows up on Sunday when the unit made an unusual noise. No charge.
