Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I definitely can say without a doubt this particular location has a friendly and very knowledgeable staff. they are courteous and seem to be able to accommodate just about anybody at any time. I would definitely recommend this particular location to anyone that asks me for a rental car. as far as management Octavio And CurtisI definitely people pleasers and aim to please their customer. So I'll definitely be using this particular location again

This is the worst car rental place I have ever used. And only did because that is where the insurance co sent me. The service is like nothing I have every experienced in all the years I have rented vehicles from other places all over the country. I wasn't even paying the bill and I had to give three references as to were I live (have never had to do this) and they called them while I was standing in from of them to make sure they were good. Also leave a deposit (again I wasn't paying the bill the insurance co was) which I left in cash and then had to wait 7 to 10 days for a check to return the deposit. I didn't even have the car that long. I will never go back to this place even if an insurance co tells me to go there.. they will have to find a different car rental place for me.
