I had the opportunity to work with Sales Manager, George Korman and Nico Alzatti. George took care of the all the numbers for a new 2018 EX Civic Hatchback to my complete satisfaction. Nico took me on my test drive and took a considerable amount time explaining and demonstrating all the features of the Civic. I believe Nico sincerely enjoyed showing the high tech features of the Hatchback. Both George and Nico gave me their personal cell phone numbers in case i need to inquire about anything about the car. At no time did either use any high pressure sales attacks to get me to purchase the car. Genaro Cabrera took care of my contract and finance needs.Genaro was very engaging and a true pleasure to work with. I definitely recommend purchasing a Honda through Unicars Honda. A big thanks to George Korman, Nico Alzatti, and Genaro Cabrera. As for the negative reviews for this dealership, as well as every other car dealership, let me recommend to future buys; BE PREPARED. Call and make an appointment with a Sales Manager or Internet Manager. If you can't get a Sales Manager or Interment Manager, get in touch with a sales associate and discuss what you want during the call phone before you go in. That way, the sales associate knows your intentions prior to your first visit. Know the inventory of the dealership before you go in. Have an idea of what the vehicle will cost and what you can expect to pay. Visit edmunds.com to get an idea of the price and the features on the car you want. When a customer walks in cold, the process leads to all kinds of misunderstandings and frustrations. I repeat, BE PREPARED and the process will move much more smoothly for the customer.
