I go to this location everyday (mainly mornings) to get my large French Vanilla ice coffee with extra syrup. Today as soon as it was handed to me and my husband noticed it was very dark. He said there's no cream. We tasted it and I literally chocked. I don't know what she did or didn't do but it did not taste right. Lady asked what was wrong, my husband didn't want to hold the line up so he told her no and parked. I went inside and the young lady at the register asked if she could make me another one after she served the customer before me, i explained my coffee has no cream in it. I didn't want another messed up coffee so I told her no its fine I just want a refund. She then called out for the older lady for a refund and explained to her the coffee was made wrong and wants a refund. The old lady turns to look at me and says "what I didn't make it right?" With her attitude I than told her I come every morning and that coffee isn't right I just want my refund. She press number on the register and when it pops open she walks away. The young lady gets money and hands it to me. I asked her is the charge for extra syrup on there she said nothing but just hands me the money. I JUST PAID FOR A LARGE ICE COFFEE WITH EXTRA SYRUP (THEY CHARGE 25 CENTS) and I got my refund for the coffee. For the old lady to make my coffee knowing how she made my coffee (with extra syrup) when she opened the register why didn't she refund me that charge too? Sadly shes a MANAGER since she had to open the register. I live in that town and that is the first time I have encountered such horrible customer service especially from a manager! They need to start giving receipts so I can complain through that website and not have to complain on here. I am a manager myself with a big fast food company and NEVER would I ever roll my eyes and give a CUSTOMER an attitude in such ways. She should of APOLOGIZE for not making the coffee right and went on her marry little way but instead I got an attitude.
