A year and a half ago my family took a granite stone to this company to have it made into a head stone. We gave them specifics of what we wanted and were assured that it would be no problem. That was In April of 2017. We waited and waited and waited and heard nothing from them. We were told that they would contact us for final approval and would be notified when the stone was set.
We followed up a few times and were told that there were complications with the stone and it would take more time but that they were working on it. That was six months ago and still my fathers grave does not have the stone that this company was given to do for us. I don't know if it is because we did not purchase the stone from them or what but you may want to look around for other options if you want your stone before the end of the century. Typically we would take our business elsewhere, but we gave them a special granite stone picked out for our parents gravesite. Needless to say moving a huge granite stone to their location was a challenge but we got it to them. All we want is for them to finish our father's stone and do the job they promised to do.
