Friendly, but didn't listen when I gave them a price point. Brought arranged flowers for twice the amount I told them I was willing to spend.
I just ordered a Christmas cactus for my mom from Jockish Flowers. I have ordered from them for several years now, and if I could give them more than five stars, I would certainly do so. Their flowers are beautiful and fresh, their service timely and dependable, and their customer relations cannot be beat. Although they are incredible busy this time of year, they are friendly and helpful on the phone, never rushing the customer to make a decision. I feel as if I am their only customer as I order, and they take great pains to provide high quality in their flowers. Their prices are extremely reasonable too. Ordering from out of state, I might worry about the order, but when I see pictures of the flowers, I am always very pleased. You cannot go wrong with this wonderful company!
The day I was in this florist shop, it was beautifully decorated, smelled wonderful, and had an inviting and friendly atmosphere. I was taken care of promptly, but with a friendly attitude. The arrangements were outstanding. I would recommend this florist to anyone looking for quality work in the Indianapolis area. Well done.

This flower shop scams its customers out of money!! I order flowers and they looked NOTHING like what I ordered. I then called the flower shop to get them replaced and not only did they refuse to replace my order but the manager was extremely rude and hung up on me!! I was outraged and will NEVER use this flower shop again!

I was in Indianapolis for Business and stopped in to Flowers on the Square for assistance with a gift basket for a client. The service was excellent, and the basket was beautifully arranged. I highly recommend this store.
I placed a order over the phone with 1-800 Florals. The item I ordered was Lavender Fields Basket #00F7T . It was scheduled for same day delivery. the order was placed at 3:00 with this florist and scheduled for delivery by 4:45. I will give them credit for the fantastic turn around and short notice, however when the arrangment arrived, I was surprised and not pleased. I received a basket with no bow, dark in color and with more Pink flowers than purple or lavender. I contacted 1-800 Florals and was told to send pics of the flowers, which I did. I then contacted this shop and was told that when the order came in, they told 1-800 florals they were out of certain flowers, and they siad 1-800 florals told them to just use anything. I contacted 1-800 florals and was told another side. The lady who took my order told me Terri told her they were out of a certain flower that was not even in the arrangment. She said she specifically told her this was a purple and lavender arrangment. This shop said they did not even know the arrangment was for a man... HUH? His name was on the "To" section and my card said "LOVE" (my name). Terri explained to me how 1-800 florals keeps 30% of the money and they are "F.O.S." and how they are always quick to get your credit card number. I just do not understand how you can know a business acts this way and treats people like this and still do business with them. My experience was poor and I have learned a lesson about ordering flowers off the internet. I will stick with my regular local florist from now on. It is sad that 1-800 floral said "I will issue you a full refund because I do not trust them to re-do the arrangment". I do not know who is more wrong here, but both this florist and 1-800 florals have some serious changes that need to take place and need netter communication skills. Thats for sure! Since this florist has yet to contact me and at least apologize or TRY to earn back my business, I have decided to post my horrible experience.
