I have lived at Shiloh for many years and I have to say that the two ladies in the office, Nichole and Dawn are absolutely wonderful. Any questions or concerns that I have, are address in a timely manner. When I’ve needed maintenance, they’ve sent them down as soon as they are available. The changes that have taken place within the community since these two took over are incredible. It’s nice to finally have people in here that are actively out on the property getting to know us and that actually care about what we think and what we would like to see happen within our community. Keep up the great work ladies. You are appreciated! ~ Ms. Kay
Lived there for a long time enough to see ownership of the park change a few times. Current holders have taken it from a respectable community down to a stereotype trailer park. Management rollover is frequent. They prey on naive or desperate people. Often those that can't rent an apartment or buy a house. Maintenance is terrible and water service is commonly shut off for repairs. Trees aren't trimmed. Roads are bad. Homes are trashed from new tenants that may stay for 3 to 6 months are scandalously evicted or realized their poor choice to move in. The park is more interested in quick sale of dilapidated homes so they can sue the vacated and flip the home again. Not at all concerned with maintaining the integrity of the property or it's respectful residents. Wouldn't recommend. You can do better
This is by far the worse place I have ever lived in my life. When I first moved here I had a complaint about roaches being on the outside of my, after a week or so I started seeing them inside my house, I was told in the lease is a recommendation for pest control. ( Which I shouldn't not paying for being a new tenant). 6 wks of living here my son's car was towed. Now 8 wks my other car was towed after I showed proof to her that I had paid for the registration just waiting for the sticker to come in the mail. She took a copy of it to see I did renew the registration and still decided to tow my car. The manager is very RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL! She not even approachable. Not a people's person at all. When I went in and she took a copy of my registration receipt she was appearing to be speaking to me however never made eye contact, But when I was receiving the original to exit the office, Athen she stated (I will not repeat myself again). My car should not have been towed it was not in the grass and I gave proof that the car had valid registration. Just waiting on sticker to come thru the mail.
The old ass lady Property manager should be ashamed of herself!!!! I've never had been treated with such disrespect in my life. Can anyone please give me the info to go over her head? I'd love nothing else but to see another person have her job. Since she obvisiosly has hundreds of other unhappy complaints I don't want this one to be another. I want this one to count and bless someone else with her job!
Totally agree with Stan's review. They change management like every 2 or 3 months. We moved in and had a set amount for lot rent and in a year that went up $60.00 . We weren't told about that when we moved in. I asked why such a jump in rent and the person there then said it was promotion when we moved in for year then went up. We left there because we were promised things that never happened and lot rent way to high for there. They don't pay anything and $410 a month for nothing. They don't even pay trash. Not a good place.
I have lived here for 6 years and plan on leaving very soon. The new management company (RHP) is extremely poor, the property manager says one thing and does another, they raise the rent every year almost $10. I worked for apartment complexes for almost 20 years and have never seen a worse management company, if the people they hire is any indication. Don't trust anything the manager says, it changes on a whim, they classify your rent as late if you don't get it in by 5 o'clock on the 5th, or when they leave on the 5th, they close early with no notice even on the 5th so you never know when your rent will be late if you can't get it in before the 5th. The neighborhood is quiet, they have a small club house, playground and pool, all decently maintained. These are the only good qualities of this place.
worst park i've ever experienced. Several court cases, almost no maintenance within the park, and piss poor customer service.
I hate it here. We moved in here two years ago. They were supposed to move a garden bed, that's filled with bugs and weeds, and never did. We have asked many times for it to be removed. Now all of a sudden it's my responsibility to take care of when it was supposed to be gone when we moved in. They have never fixed anything when asked. I constantly see the maintenance man doing nothing so why can't he do his job?! The manager is rude. I hate going up to the office or calling because she's always so rude. If you need anything done don't move here and if you do better be able to do it yourself. Completely disappointed.
If you're considering calling this place home please reconsider. Staff is very rude and unprofessional, do not make repairs convenient for tenant and walk in your home anytime they want. My daughter was sleeping and woke to a maintenance guy walking around
I moved in to a trailer here on 2/7/15, was told that if there was anything that needed fixed they be happy to do it as soon as the weather cleared up, ha , well it's been over a year. There's still weak spots in my floor, I can see outside my door when it's shut,1 inch gap in door and wall, my roof was replaced ,now it leaks, skirting not replaced yet. Been over a year now. Would not tell anyone to move here .
