Never coming back here again. I bought a pack of beer and it rang up 8 dollars more than what was on the label. While the cashier went back to check the price, I left my credit card in the machine. When the cashier came back and agreed that it was labeled 8.99 and not 16.99, the charge had already gone through as credit even though I didn't put my pin in. The cashier advised me that she would have her manager call us the next day and get us a refund. It's only $8.00. I wasn't worried. The next day came and no call from the manager.I called the manager today and spoke with her. Using poor English and speaking as quickly as she hit the meth pipe before work, she advised me that she's "not gonna lose no eight dollars". She said that I shouldn't be calling her and telling her how to do her job. If you want absolutely atrocious customer service and people that steal your money, go here!
Great wine and craft beer selection. They always have free samples, and they are always helpful and knowledgeable.
Bought some Buffalo Trace Bourbon Cream, which is really hard to find. Excited to finally try this rarer gem. Small town store but huge selection especially craft beer.
Nice people working. Showed my wife some new wines she really enjoyed. I saved money over the chain stores in Avon. Beer was colder too!
Super impressed with their service,, highly recommend them. Cleaning a grill is like the worst job to do. I seem to look like a chimney sweep when I tried to do it. Now, a simple call and I stay clean, love those guys!
Best shop around! I won't let anybody else work on my truck! They don't over charge you! Very affordable!
Beware! This is not a store. It is a rental storage facility. There are no chemicals, filters, or parts for sale. Not even close to a retail operation. This is a joke, very deceiving. There is no store in Indianapolis.
I've been coming into this place for over 30 years and have never been treated like I was yesterdayWhen the female manager was here a while back, she or another worker would always help me out with my purchases which usually included 2-3 cases of beer and 3-4 boxes of wine. Since she left everyone there is so unfriendly.Yesterday, I stopped by to purchase 2 boxes of wine. Took them to the counter and the worker says "can I see your ID" and I said "you have to be kidding me". I said I'm 67 years old. Another worker who was bent over the counter reading did not look up or acknowledge me, but said very loudly "then prove it". I left devastated at being treated this way. Is this the way 21st amendment wants to project it's business?
Always does what he says he is going to do and on time or ahead of time. Like results and easy to use.
Not vey helpful people at all.
