Paid $600+ for a vizio tv, and the remote died. Called pendleton pike store and the associate went to check stock; I waited for 30 minutes... she abandoned my call. A second call was dismissed by another associate saying "there are no managers in the store." I was polite and respectful, but be ready to deal with the worst people in society when you deal with walmart.
I know one thing, if you want to call into Walmart for anything ...forget it.Nobody answers phones in that place ...in every dept. listed except the Phar. and if you decide to have him transfer you to the auto store. -like he did me -he had no clue which he ask me to check the web site which is just another random Walmart number. Boy if somebody had an real emergency to contact somebody in there, they might as well forget it! lol
I called in today to ask what time they closed at and was told 7 p.m. So I showed up at a little before 5 to get my oil changed. One of the guys working there told me that they "weren't doing any more oil changes today" and to "come in earlier next time, bro". I didn't realize that two hours before you closed was too late to get some work done. And it wasn't even like they had a bunch of cars to still work on. There were no other cars in the lot waiting other than mine. Yes, there were a couple of cars they were working on, but even then they had a couple of spots open in the shop. It seems ridiculous to tell me that you're open until 7 and then turn me away two hours before close.
My wife took her truck there for a oil change and they lost her oil cap I did not notice for a couple of weeks so I had to replace it. I know they lost it because they touched it last I asked them about it and they denied it. Fast forward 8 months she went back for another oil change they scanned her tag and gave her lots of excuses why they would not touch it long story short they would not touch it because we justifiably complained last time now because of that we are black balled from there which is just as well since I now refuse to let those hacks touch any vehicle of mine so even if you have a legitiment complaint they will discriminate against you so beware I refuse to give them any business from us again
MY REVIEW: DO NOT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU'RE 80 YEARS OLD AND JUST CAME OUT THE HOUSE TO GET SOME EXCERSIZE WALKING AROUND. Originally from Northern Indiana, I normally prefer Walmart over Meijer, but this Walmart is horrible. I wish I could put a BIG FAT ZERO instead of one star. To reiterate the previous comments, THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. While I don't share the racial frustration, I don't believe this store will continue to be in business, unless some serious changes are made and especially while there's a Meijer less than a mile away! I tried calling 3 times and somehow the first time ended up on the phone with a customer in a dressing room or looking for dressing room or something? The second and third times, no one from the department I wanted ever came to the phone. And what kind of idiot do you have to be to close the self-checkout lanes before midnight and only keep 3 cashiers in a store this size? Who wants to stand in line for 15-20 minutes to buy deoderant, toothpaste and a data cord? And they're not even 24 hours! I came by about 1 am two weeks ago (before the holidays) and they were closed! As I made my way to checkout and the realization that each lane with a live cashier was backed up clear to the beginning of the clothing departments and the like, I dumped my items on the nearest shelf, advised the closest cashier to tell management to get a clue and walked out. Bottom line Walmart : you just lost a loyal customer twice; because I was also in the process of ordering from you online in case the item wasn't in the store.
There's a reason we call this the bad Walmart. I have had some good experiences here and some bad ones. Today just topped the bad scale. After 40 minutes, two overhead pages and the loss of my patience, I walked away from the crafts department because no one showed up to help at the cutting table. If I knew how to work their price gun, I'd have done the work myself.
a little store that carries religious candles and annointing oils..it is very legal...very legit..i shop there all the time..it's a great alternative to most local Catholic shops. many people go there from the yoga studio that's across the street
This Wal-Mart has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced. I was accused of stealing, after taking "coupon peelies" off of a product I WAS purchasing. The store manager and another employee then proceeded to follow me through the store isles to monitor my shopping. I will never shop at this Wal-Mart again and will most definitely be writing Corporate office about my experience.
This place is so awful! The customer service is a complete JOKE! The employees are racist(speaking from experience in dealing with some of these employees) and are NOT afraid to show their racism when they are cornered in their wrong doing. They are liars and will tell you one thing over the phone and the total opposite when you get to the store and get face to face. I wanted to return a product I didn't have a receipt for(due to it being something my husband bought me from there but was the wrong type).I called ahead of time (don't have the gas to be wasting a 30 minute trip for nothing on).I explained the situation as CLEARLY and SLOWLY as I could and made sure they knew I did not have a receipt for it. They said it was "perfectly fine" and to go ahead and bring it up and they would exchange it. I took it up there and after finding out there were no more of this item in stock,I was O.K.ed to get a more expensive model and just pay the difference in price. In other words I would be getting my money back for said item and then pretty much just buying the other item after my money was given back. This was o.k.ed by 4 managers. Well apparently one idiot didn't get the memo and decided that I was a liar, and just trying to get another item for more money for the price that was spent on the item I wanted to exchange. Then this racist idiot decided to ask 4 other managers (how many managers work here at one time!!!???!) that were not aware of the situation and they all agreed with her that it was to be with the same item and nothing else. I proceeded to tell them that I wanted to pay the difference.AGAIN in other words (explaining this to dumb people) that I wanted to PAY THE DIFFERENCE,get my money back for the wrong item and then just buy the other one if that made things easier on them. Apparently Pea sized brains cannot comprehend this. They acted like total idiots. not to mention 85% of the staff (every time I've been to this store) is either off in their own little wonderland, daydreaming, playing around with other employees instead of helping customers, rude just because they are having a bad day or are just hateful by nature, and completely IGNORE the customers altogether. Then they want to act like victims when a customer gets mean and nasty with them after how they were just treated. This walmart is the very definition of awful, its a joke and if there was one closer to me I would go to a different one instead of this one. If you get something don't plan on returning or exchanging it because they are liars and will tell you one thing and then turn around and tell you something else! THEY SUCK and THIS PLACE SUCKS!
You call for information I believe 15 mins is just a bit too long to wait. I have waitied in line for my meds at one point it's so slow I feel I need to start paying taxes for standing in line so long. You may want to get some one to run the drive thru window and someone for people who actually get off their lazy azz and come in. The worst walmart there is. God forbid any of your employees know anything as well.
