I needed to get documents shipped quickly internationally. Both employees at the site were very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had called before visiting their store, and the phone service was just as good as the in store service. I would recommend this store for high quality service. 7/25/18.
The big guy with the beard is the least helpful and most unfriendly person I've met in a long, long time.
Had package with pre-printed barcode courtesy of Amazon that was originally meant for door pick-up service, but could not be present at home as required by UPS to sign for it (middle of workday) so I took the package into the store for drop-off service. Since they had to print a shipping label themselves, I got charged for full shipping! After concluding the shipping transaction I stepped over to their customer computer and printer to plug in my USB drive to print a single page B/W print. It was posted as 10¢/page, but got charged a total of $1.10 for the 30 sec I spent on the computer itself! Now granted $1 isn't gonna break the bank, but it just left a further bad taste in my mouth. The employee's screaming toddler left to wander around customers unsupervised didn't help much either.
Lydia Johnson the manager of this store NEEDS replaced. I'd already been to the store TWICE and met with a VERY nice young knowledgeable young lady. Gave me a price quote for freight once. My customer wanted packaged a specific way if coming UPS as he'd had bad experiences before. The same young lady (NOT LYDIA) helped again with a now even higher freight quote that the customer was PLEASED to pay as long as it was package to HIS specifications. Well, when I dropped the item off... Lydia received it. The other young lady must have been promoted or something as Lydia was training a new girl. And was FULL OF ATTITUDE. Said they'd package as they saw fit... Paid the full amount I was quoted to ship the way the customer asked which was almost $250.00 by itself. With my item costing $275 insured to $300. According to my customer the package was very POORLY packaged. His instructions WERE NOT FOLLOWED which means I SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHARGED LESS TO BEGIN WITH!! Do you think I got my FULL CLAIM AMOUNT BACK? HELL NO! I wish they had negative stars to give... this store particularly the manager... SUCKS!
Lydia Johnson the store manager needs replaced. She has the world worst attitude. Showed up after one of her more conscientious employees had me convinced they could handle it... I should have RAN when I showed up and the same young lady that'd been there the last 2 visits WASN'T there and I've not seen her since!Lydia, after being to the store TWICE to get price quotes on packaging. The last time with VERY SPECIFIC packaging instructions if was to ship UPS thanks to the recipients previous experiences. Got the quote from another employee that I'd hoped to see again. Lydia was there for the FIRST time when dropping it off the other young lady no where to be found... Lydia says we'll package it the way we feel we need to... well, GUESS WHAT LYDIA?! Thanks to YOUR arrogance and packaging it differently??? IT GOT DAMAGED! Did you pay the claim in full???? HELL NO! There aren't ratings below a one star... this damned manager certainly deserves a substandard rating!
Go to Offset House if you want real quality prints. They go out of their way to make your file look the best it can be and help you along the way if you aren't familiar with preparing files to be printed. The employees at Offset House are fantastic and great at what they do.
