Horrible overcharged refuse to take it upstairs even paid for stairs,paid full price for nondelivery,they scam the elderly
I had a great experience with this Company... The person on the phone was very informative, professional, patient and even went so far to wish me a great weekend as I had a rough day. The gentleman told me I could leave to take care of any business or shopping instead of staying home all day to wait on my delivery, which I thought was great. I got my call from the delivery driver and was given a time to meet him back at my house. It really worked out great for me. Plus, when the guys came to my home they were very polite and helpful in putting all of my furniture in every room I asked them.
Horrible rip off company!!! I really hope Big Lots makes the decision to drop this company for their delivery service. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! No customer service at all!! Good luck even getting them to answer their phone or call you back. Didn’t even take furniture upstairs after paying extra for stairs. Getting delivery scheduled was a nightmare & then they never gave a call before delivery like promised on 3 occasions. Wasted an entire day waiting on their laziness.
The big guy with the beard is the least helpful and most unfriendly person I've met in a long, long time.

Do not do business with these guys there racist against white and latino people.They lie to customers scratch and brake property and then try to sneak it past you and play dumb when you call them on it, there very unpleasant very unprofessional I over heard one of their wannabe gangster employees mumble racist comments that I was a cracker all because they don't want to work or do the only thing I hired them for.On top of all that their prices are ridiculous and they don't do what they tell you they will. I felt ripped off definitely ruind my day cost me extra money and held me back from getting my job done.
I really appreciate the service that this company has to offer. They are very professional and will deliver your merchandise in a timely manner. My mother needed something from the store and I wasn't able to do it for her because I had to work but this company helped me out by getting my mother all of the thing that she needed. At first I was first skeptical because of all of the scams going on but this company has for sure earned my trust. I will highly recommend this company to anyone that needs an errand done. Thank You Person 2 Person my mother and I will surely be using your business again.

Even though we are in Indianapolis, it was our DC-based graphic designer that brought Fineline to our attention. She interviewed Indy-based printers and, without reservation, recommended Fineline because of their professionalism and responsiveness to her inquiries. She noted that they really stood out from other printers she talked to. We are a non-profit, and Fineline has been supportive and have gone out of their way to make sure we have what we need. The work they did on signage and print materials for a recent conference was fantastic and almost every person who commented on the conference itself commented on the professionalism of the print materials and "swag" and signage.
