Do not do business with these guys there racist against white and latino people.They lie to customers scratch and brake property and then try to sneak it past you and play dumb when you call them on it, there very unpleasant very unprofessional I over heard one of their wannabe gangster employees mumble racist comments that I was a cracker all because they don't want to work or do the only thing I hired them for.On top of all that their prices are ridiculous and they don't do what they tell you they will. I felt ripped off definitely ruind my day cost me extra money and held me back from getting my job done.
I really appreciate the service that this company has to offer. They are very professional and will deliver your merchandise in a timely manner. My mother needed something from the store and I wasn't able to do it for her because I had to work but this company helped me out by getting my mother all of the thing that she needed. At first I was first skeptical because of all of the scams going on but this company has for sure earned my trust. I will highly recommend this company to anyone that needs an errand done. Even though we are in Indianapolis, it was our DC-based graphic designer that brought Fineline to our attention. She interviewed Indy-based printers and, without reservation, recommended Fineline because of their professionalism and responsiveness to her inquiries. She noted that they really stood out from other printers she talked to. We are a non-profit, and Fineline has been supportive and have gone out of their way to make sure we have what we need. The work they did on signage and print materials for a recent conference was fantastic and almost every person who commented on the conference itself commented on the professionalism of the print materials and "swag" and signage. We love working with Fineline and we hope to keep working with them for a long time! Their motto - "We will not ask for your business until we can improve it" - is more than just a saying. Every interaction we've had with Fineline improves our business!
This is my third time using this company and this company always done a wonderful Job with picking up items that I need. I look forward to getting on their books for next week.
Had package with pre-printed barcode courtesy of Amazon that was originally meant for door pick-up service, but could not be present at home as required by UPS to sign for it (middle of workday) so I took the package into the store for drop-off service. Since they had to print a shipping label themselves, I got charged for full shipping! After concluding the shipping transaction I stepped over to their customer computer and printer to plug in my USB drive to print a single page B/W print. It was posted as 10¢/page, but got charged a total of $1.10 for the 30 sec I spent on the computer itself! Now granted $1 isn't gonna break the bank, but it just left a further bad taste in my mouth. The employee's screaming toddler left to wander around customers unsupervised didn't help much either.
This company provided the upmost professional service. I would like to thank them and let them know that they will most definitely be keeping my business.
