Stay far, far away from this company. I think this very well may be the worst service I've received from any company in my life. I booked their Party Bus for our wedding. They were to transport our wedding party from the church, to the Indianapolis Museum of Art for pictures, and then to the reception venue. The driver never showed up at the church. I was finally able to get ahold of Ernie, the owner, who told me the messaging system had a problem and the driver never received the notice to get us. I booked the service over a month in advance and contacted the company a couple of weeks before to confirm. The owner said he could be there in 45 minutes. We were not going to sit there waiting, so we had to buy Uber rides to the IMA so we could at least get some pictures in. The owner eventually met us at the IMA in a bus that did not match the pictures on the site at all. It was a basic transport bus that looked poorly maintained, not the vehicle shown on the website. After the wedding, the owner ignored four emails I sent requesting a refund for not even coming close to providing the service that I'd contracted for. I did get the owner on the phone and he was extremely argumentative, taking the tone that I should be happy that he did come at one point. He refunded half of my money. I argued that this was unacceptable as their screw up forced us to miss valuable picture time, we had to pay for Ubers to transport the wedding party for some pictures, and the bus provided was not the vehicle we'd paid for. The owner stated "I'm not refunding the total because you had an opportunity to cancel when the driver didn't show. I'm not the father of the bride, so I'm not going to pay for your wedding expenses." Use any other transportation company in Indianapolis. My experience with this company was absolutely awful. When you're planning your wedding, you don't plan on finding Ubers right after the ceremony because your contracted transportation doesn't show up.

It was NOT a good experience; I reserved and paid for 2 limos 6 months in advance for my wedding. As the date got closer, I called to make sure everything was still in motion. The guy who answered the photo, said he was happy i called because he said i had to change my reservation. He stated that the limos were out of commission due to not have air conditioning. I asked if it would be fixed before the wedding which was 3 months away at the time; he told me no and that I had to use the party. After talking for about 30 minutes, i just went with the party bus because I was tired of going back in forth. A DAY before my wedding, we got a call stating that the party bus broke down and they we had to use a shuttler bus; I was pissed off but it was too late to switch companies. The DAY OF my WEDDING, I was picked up in a broken down, piece of crap bus. It was embarrassing and disappointing. DO NOT US THIS SERVICE FOR YOU WEDDING!!!!

I am honestly appalled at how our service was handled. I called and was very specific about what I was looking for and why I was looking for it. My sister wanted our whole family to be able to ride together for the funeral of her 20 month old daughter who was murdered. We are all grieving and hurting like never before and not only did they fail to actually inform their driver of the situation after I repeatedly told them to make sure he were aware, but I had no actually warning about what type of limo was picking us up. As much as I should've expected a hummer considering how many people it carrier and I at least prepared my sister that they only had white ones, I was not prepared for pop music to be playing loudly and it looked like something I would take to a bachelor party, not a FUNERAL for a child!!!! I don't know how I could've stressed how horrible a situation we were dealing with. My sister paid $500 to enter into a bad joke with lava lamps lit, music playing, and a floor so short my dad with knee problems could barely get in on the worst day of her and my entire family's lives. The driver was good, he did at least wait to take payment til the end and informed me that he was supposed to get it within 15 minutes of arriving, but when he realized what was going on he waited, otherwise this would be a whole lot worse since no one informed me I would need to pay right away - which was as we were leaving the church to go lay her to rest. He should've been warned too since he has children and this is a situation that hurts everyone. I think your company is unprofessional and over priced and I can't believe I subjected my sister to it and worse that she paid so much for it on top of the funeral cost itself. On top of that the limo was in poor condition and there was an exhaust leak which was bothering the passengers in the back which included the 20 month old twin sister of the child we were burying that day. I will certainly never be recommending your company to anyone and words cannot express how deeply unsatisfied and upset my entire family is with your company. if they had any heart at all they would refund my sisters money

★☆☆☆☆ THEY DITCHED MY THIRTEEN-YEAR-OLD SON AND HIS FRIENDS ON HIS BIRTHDAY! If I could give zero stars I would... I guess I should have come to this page before trusting that a company would actually do what they said they would do. I had to keep calling for MANY days before even reaching Ernie. For three days in a row, his mailbox was full and I was unable to leave a voicemail. When I finally reached him, he said I needed to arrange everything online. So I arranged everything online and he called me on Saturday July 5 at 12:55p to confirm everything. The Chicken Limo was supposed to be at our house at 4:30p so they could take my son and his friends to the Indians game for his 13th birthday. We called and left messages at 4:45, at 5:00, and at 5:15--NO ANSWER and NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP! We scrambled to find another mode of transportation so everyone in our group could make it to the game. We were late to the game. And then, after sending an email yesterday with our confirmation information, he has the audacity to reply and say that there was noting in their system and I should book it ASAP! HOW IS THIS A BUSINESS?! We have the screen shot of when Ernie called to confirm on the 5th. We were "Clucked" by the Chicken Limo!
I gave 1 star, but that is saying too much. As stated in another review, each time I called the person said "Hello". Not Circle City Transportation, how can i help you? Just hello. When trying to schedule for my son's wedding, I was told I would get a call when they were not so busy with Proms. OK, I decided to be patient. I finally called back, me, not them. I received an invoice. I had used a Living Social coupon. Great deal, but the driver was late. When I called, they owner was out of town, and said, "Didn't the driver call you?" No, I said. I asked an ETA, and he said he didn't know. I knew there was construction on the interstate and asked why they weren't prepared for this. He said there was no way to know. Right! He also got very rude with me. Obviously I was distraught since it was a very special day. This was after the wedding was over and we waited for them to arrive! Way too stressful! Go with another company! ALSO NOTE, THAT IN ALL OF THE BAD REVIEWS, AND THERE ARE MANY, Ernie always makes it the customers fault. What happened to the customer is always right, and good customer service?Ernie replied to me, here is my response, Reply to Ernie: I never told anyone to wait at the church. I do not know where you got that information. The address was on the pick up sheet! No where on there is anything about waiting at a church. (The wedding was at a residence) I could post the invoice, but that would be inappropriate. I told you to come directly to the house. This is exactly why I would never use you again AND we were NOT extremely late departing. The wedding was over at 5:45 (the time the limo was requested), and people were already leaving.

The worse customer service iv'e received in my life. I had a very special occasion planned which was a 30th birthday. The limo went to the wrong pick up location which caused the occasion to be thrown off schedule. I called the manager of this place he immediately start yelling when i told him my name without me even stressing my concerns saying that there was a mix up instead of being apologetic. I asked him how can he compensate me for being late due to my husband was suppose to be picked up from work at a set time, then pictures, then dinner reservations. Everything was thrown completely off schedule because the driver was late my husband was waiting at work after his scheduled off time on his birthday and i also lost 30 minutes of services i paid for because i couldn't lose dinner reservations. Very unprofessional, manager was asked if we could work something out as far as the last 30 minutes maybe coming back after dinner, or if he could waive the gratuity. He said no very blunt, never apologized and ask if i wanted to cancel in the mist of other people who were waiting for the limousine. The limousine was not clean, it was very old, the window didn't even work for privacy. Ice wasnt provided. and failed to tell me it was a white limousine and said that was all they had and i called months prior to reserve and staff never mentioned it was first come first serve. I was so upset i was in tears. I paid for a very special occasion and was treated as trash. I wouldnt recommend these people to a poor person. They need to be reported to the better business bureau and shut down. If it woudn't cost as much as i paid for services i would take these people to court for pain and suffering for a 30th birthday that can never be relived or celebrated.
I had a great time. The bus was awesome
