My husband and I just moved to the area from Fort Wayne, which is 2 hours north of Indy. We were spoiled with nice theaters. This place was sub-par in comparison. The sound and screens were okay but the prices and cleanliness were just gross. It's not by any means stadium seating. The seats are barly a step above each other and with a crowded theater, creates more difficulty to seeing the picture. They are also uncomfortable after sitting for a 2 hour movie IMO. Find somewhere else to go.

I really enjoy going to this theater and recently visited to watch an IMAX 3D film. The only drawbacks (besides the ridiculously high prices for tickets and concessions) would be the service when it gets crowded. I normally show up with plenty of time to see the film, but standing in line for 15 minutes waiting to get one drink is too much. Otherwise, the place is clean, everyone is pleasant, the movies always play well, etc.
It wasn't the cleanest or the fanciest of places to see a movie although that wasn't really what was the problem. I went to see Contagion there. I came in at the time the theater said the movie started and when I got into the theater the movie was already half way over. For their mistake, one of the venders at the front counter gave us two free ticket vouchers to see another movie their. We never went back despite the fact.
Nice comfy seating. Vision fantastic. No heads to block your vision due to seat set up. My wife lost her earring here. When we called to inquire, the manager immediately got a flashlight to look for it while we were on hold. He located it near my seat. His name is Derek , and he could not have been more accommodating and nice about it. Thank you Derek!
This is the premiere all ages venue in Indy, but it leaves a lot to be desired. The place is falling apart and the bathrooms are nasty. The sound isn't so great, they overcharge the customers and the crowds always wander in and out. Sometimes there are great shows that make up for all these defects, but they are getting farther and farther apart.
This is the only theater we go to. We love the employees and the bathrooms are always clean. We eat a lot of food while at the movies.recently the Chicken strips are not that great but the pretzels have gotten a lot better. I just wish the other movie goers would be a little more polite. Show up ON TIME!! thanks in advance. :)
EVERYONE is treated with respect!! Just because America now has a black president "superior" races think everything, everyone, and ALL establishments should cater to them! AMC theater @ Washington Square is awesome!
The Play Connection is now located at 9221 Crawfordsville Rd. Currently offering a Halloween program for children. Very cute tale about Wanda Witch and Poppy Princess. Rain or Shine.
This store has some great clothing items at fair prices. There are many other items to look at, and it is fun to "hang" here (there is even a climbing wall).
Customer service has changed since Lazarus became Macy's. It doesn't seem to rate as high as it use to.
