This tech new what he was doing an had 3 of my tires replaced in a time that would blow your mind also fixed turbo an broken air lines all at one time. And he found a tail light that was out and fix that as well He was fast and professional an price was good to me Thanks also the lady by the name of Brooke that answered the phone was really nice and professional and dispatched a truck right then
If you ever need roadside assistance, save yourself the trouble and call anyone BUT this place. Brooke is friendly which was the only positive part of the experience. The two technicians who came out did not have a clue. The first tech came out at 7am, looked at the truck and left, called back after a few hours and multiple calls to him. He was “searching for parts”, gave a quote of $2200 for a fuel pump, said he’d come out again to see if there’s anything else that could be the issue because that part is expensive. He ended up deciding that it’s a filter, coming to change a $48 filter (which wasn’t the issue) and did not even have the tools to remove the old filter. At this point the truck driver went outside and replaced the filter himself using his own hands. Then the tech said he needed to replace a fuel pump because it was 110% that. Fast forward to 3pm, 8 hours after they first came out ( about 6 hours of which the tech was away from truck) he said he is working on another job and would be able to pick up the part around 5:30pm at a shop 20 miles out. At this point the part will cost $550 not $2200. He also said the replacement of the pump would take 5-6 hours and he’s the best in the state with 20 years experience. 600$ later for a 48$ filter, I decided to tow my truck to a shop in the area. This is the absolute worst experience with any tech/mechanic in the entire nation in the entire time in trucking business. You’ve been warned.
They are very nice and good to work with to get your Rv work done and they are quick on getting it done.
Went to the service dept for my regular oil change and tire rotation. Was told it wouldn't take any longer than an hour. Even though it did take longer, the manager apologized and made it right by only charging me for the tire rotation and not the oil change. I thought that was very professional and showed me that they valued my time as well since they did that without me having to complain or ask for anything.
I've had my dodge for a long time with hardly any issues whatsoever. I kept my car up for years and made sure I had a warranty for as long as I owned it. I take it there for a specific issue, they diagnose (charging a diagnostic fee), the item fell under my warranty but for whatever reason the warranty company denied repairing. I called the warranty company outraged because they wanted thousands to fix my car and that item was covered. I found out that they denied it because of what and how the Dodge representative called in the repair. I didn't think anything of it. I took it elsewhere and had it fixed for only a third of what they were charging. About 6-8 months later, something else started to go....it too was a warranty item and again denied because of what the Dodge rep said. He told them that they have no record of me having any type of maintenance work done on my car there that could have prevented the issues. I had to show the receipts of my maintenance upkeep which was done elsewhere for a lot less. You would think if an item is covered by a warranty that they would want to fix it but instead they fix it to where warranty companies won't cover it so you can pay them those ungodly amounts of money directly. They are definitely not on your side when it comes to warranty work.
Threw a pinion seal thought I was going to be down a couple of days but they got in and done in a few hours plus they steam cleaned all the oil that was on my under carriage. Everything was done with a smile and came in under what they quoted me.
Best Dealership I have done Business with in my 40 years in trucking. Great people stand behind all there work 100%.
I have been coming here to have my 2015 Optima serviced for the past 2 years & I've always been pleased with the service staff, but today I learned that the sales/financing/support staff here is exceptional!
