A terrible customer service.No doubt their low closing fee is an attractive feature to get the business. After a year when it comes to revise the monthly payment for escrow account, I was told different amounts every time I talked to the banker. I setup the new monthly amount to be paid automatically from my bank. But later I got a letter that they did not receive my new monthly payment. My worst experience in sorting out this little issue with them. Ended up paying the late fees as well as they said they cannot waive it. I think I had enough with this low class bank, and switching to some reputable lender very soon. I wish I had checked some reviews before switching to Union Savings Bank at first place.
1.withdrew $200 money didn't come out but, came out my account.2.Gave me a sheet of checks from another person's account.3.Deposited money 12/7 $850 gave me a receipt saying Atm experiencing technical problem, go inside talk to banker he calls chase claims dept. Told me up to 12hrs for my money to be posted to my acct. Gets posted then on 1/4/15 I get alerted that I am $-175, they reversed my dispute a whole month later! Said that when they called the branch their Atm was no over any money. Now I know why they are completely understaffed. I would never recommend this branch to anyone ever. Toni was my original banker and was awesome now your lucky to get 1 person that who knows what they're doing.
Try to get a last name of anyone you speak to on the phone, so that if you have to call back, you can refer to that call and person. See what happens.
This bank was a guardian of my fathers money. They lost more money in on d year than his previous bank lost. They made poor choices in his investments . They told him he did not need spendi.ng money. We hd to get a lawyer to get rid of them
6909 E 38th st. BRANCH IS VERY RUDE!!!. DRIVE THRU OPEN SIGN IS ON NO ONE COMES TO HELP. I THINK FIFTH THIRD NEEDS TO GO BACK TO OHIO & STAY THERE. I CALLED THE BANK TO LET THEM KNOW ABOUT THE PROBLEM .I WAS PUT ON HOLD WHILE I WAS SPEEKING & WAS KEPT THERE UNTIL I HUNG UP. ANYONE READING THIS STAY AWAY FROME FIFTH THIRD.VERY RUDE & DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I would just like to recommend this branch of Regions if you need an excellent bank. I had an unauthorized charge hit my account and mess things up terribly with my balance. The manager, Julie, and tellers Michelle and Brian all worked very hard to get things fixed for me. My account is back in good standing and I just wanted to say thanks for helping me with a very stressful situation. Your work was very much appreciated! Will never bank anywhere else!
I had a similar experience. I made a mistake, but ONB also told me that they would not deposit my check from my other bank until the next day (this was at the end of business day, 5:25 PM). they did so and ended up charging me $349 and refused to refund my money. I have been a customer over fifteen years. I have reported them to the State Attorney General's Office, Consumer Complaints division. So far, I have had not had my fees refunded.
