Whenever I stop in it's because I think I have a harrowing issue with my phone. Within 5 to 10 minutes the tech has identified the problem, fixed my phone and I leave. Very simple, knowledgeable staff, informative.

Zero help. Zero service skills. I called in to ask a question to a local store at the direction of the 800 customer line. Instead of assisting me or even listening to me, they just transferred me back to the 800 line I had already been on the phone with for 4 hours. Very aggravating. Done with Sprint.
1 star is the lowest I can go...this store is worthless. My son went to the store to arrange for a new phone, no one waited on him. I bought the phone, he took it to the store for activation...they didn't. Now, 24 hrs later, 5 hrs with sprint today, and i'm still trying to clean up this store's laziness and ineptitude....and after 5 hrs with sprint today? they truly represent the company well.
Brand new Sprint customer - stopped in to buy more accessories at Avon store... $40 zag cover not on straight ... asked for it to be redone... employee exasperated I asked... I said forget it - I'll do it myself ... he continues to say well there's no guarantee I'll do a better job if I try again...still exasperated ... he's rambling... "Guess I'm the bad guy, I suck, maybe I should just quit"... comical... breathe dude, breathe
Paid full price for an iPhone to save my upgrade for a later use, yet the manager kept the cash and treated as an upgrade....horrible service even while getting robbed!
Warning... The owner is totally unprofessional. He is on his phone half the time, ignores customer. I came in three times; the first to buy a iPhone 5 charger he assured me had a lifetime warranty and he also charged me nearly $30 for the stupid cord, the 2nd time (within weeks later to exchange it because it was already broken, but he had a brand new employee that didn't know what he was doing... Now this is my third trip here just trying to have him give me a refund... Trust me, his demeanor was nowhere near as friendly as it was when in he was making the sale. In fact, he was down right rude. He acted like he cared less, wouldn't give me a refund or EVEN an exchange for an equal product. NO CUSTOMER service whatsoever, not to mention I walk away with nothing but the broken cord I was hoping to replace. I warn anyone and EVERYONE to NEVER shop at this kiosk EVER! Service and products are garbage! Please learn from my experience and mistake!!!! He is a CON MAN!!!
Most horrible customer service I have ever had. Was deceived and lied to. Then I was demanded to pay $75 to return a free tablet 4 days later....when I found out it wasn't free. Manager is horrible. Don't go here!!
I walked in a no one, I mean not one person said hello or even ill be right with you shortly. They just all looked at me as if I was an alien. They could've at least acknowled me as a customer.
