I have been a loyal customer for several years and even worked for RAYS whiteriver recycle, And I have had a couple issues with them but I never complain but today they just lost my business and about 20 other people I pulled up in a truck I just plated 2 days ago and they decided to turn me down because of the BMV TEMPORARY PLATES on my truck and the fact the bmv does not put the plate number on the temporary registration So thank you Farnsworth recycling for my 30 mile trip, and waisted fuel. GOING TO WEST SIDE SALVAGE FROM NOW ON!!!

They back their trucks into your building, causing significant damage, then refuse to pay for the damages their trucks have caused.

Five stars are for Chris and Daniel been going here for 5 almost 6 years Chris works his butt off and Daniel as well I miss jonas he was great and a few others I miss but the new people the owner had come are very ridiculous and picky and have had attitudes and only pick on certain people me being one and I bring over 2000 dollars worth of scrap in weekly and they said I need to find a way to drain water out of a water heater also wouldn't take metal cubicles from me but took non metal ones from others also they took tv's and plastic from some one else then luckily Chris was out there when I dropped a load because Vivian tried saying I dropped wood but it was some one else tried docking my pay and yet it wasn't me so Chris came and she was And is always so worried about me some man dropped bricks wood and big tv's and she tries making everything so hard for us And makes it miserable coming there I have started going other places but yet Chris and Daniel are the only reason I come back sometimes and they are amazing and you know what else your prices dropped they suck the only reason I say as many stars are for Chris and Daniel

All Star is a professional hauling service from top to bottom! Also affordable and friendly. If you have a hauling need give them a call I did and glad!

1,000 times better than Farnsworth. The drug heads there see people in your truck that are not there, then their are waaaay off

They rip you off their scales are off and treat you poorly not T mention they guy in door one sees people that don't exist

Owner is annoyed when u call or talk2 in person. Workers "follow the leader" & act like parolees,rude,condescending,and anything but professional. Skip this hole in the wall&go next door(literally) to S.W.I. That is,if u prefer a professionally run business(SWI) to"Ghetto Metals R us"@SpecialtyCore

My husband and I went to Trinity Metals to sell some scrap , There hours say till 4Pm we arrived at 3:45 we went across the scale and there was no guard there we proceeded to the line afree a few minutes the guard came to us and said we had to leave .we asked why he said we were not there at 3:45. We started to leave and we went back to talk to the guard and said we were on the scale at 3:45 The guard said we were not .Then we noticed that he had let someone that was behind us in when we asked why that person could get in he said he brings us $1000.00 a day.then he said you are banned off the property and we said why He said hhe was a police officer and he was banning us from the property. We asked to speak to the Manager and he would not call him when we asked for the phone number he said he did not know. We were amazed at how a Police officer was trying to push us around. I did call and talked to someone else and he told me the gyard said we were using foul language and that is why we were banned. But this is a lieOur Grandchildren were there we would not use that kind of lanunage around them. Would not recommend this place of business.

I like this place, as long as you abide by the rules, they treat you excellent. And the more loyal of a customer you are, the better you get treated.
