Very unfriendly and act as if your going to steal from them. Ask a question response is as if your bothering them. I dislike each time I have been there. I'm going to shop for a black owned beauty supply. Instead of putting my money in their house, pocket, education, cars and kids. We all need to boycott and keep black dollars in our own community.
The cashier takes tags off of your items, especially wigs. A few times felt I did not get what I purchased...couldn't compare the tags to the wigs because they kept tags. Another customer complained about the same thing. If you use credit card, they do not give you an itemized receipt. Asked for one and found they overcharged me! Then got home, checked my account and saw where they charged me twice!!!!!
I wish I could give them NO stars. Very unfriendly people. When I asked about one of their policy the manager got an attitude. When I disagreed he told me to stop talking. It's time to stop dealing with businesses like this that depend on African Americans and then treat them like dirt.
I tried two return 2 headbands I bought there. They both broke after a couple days. I went back to try and exchange them, and they refused me...said it had been over 7 days. They would not stand behind their products. I will never give king's any business, and urge others to take heed. Go to Sally's instead....!!

They are HORRIBLE! I didn't buy anything an the guy accosted me at the door as if I stole something. The hair is over priced and they are cold and uninviting. Not all of "us" are thieves ya know.
