They will rape you they make it nearly impossible to get anything for a decent price which I'm sure you already know they act like they have all kinds of deals going on and they will say 90 days same as cash but then they make your payment $300 a month so you have to pay them nearly $1,000 within that 90 days and make it nearly impossible for you to do anything same as cash they are just pieces of s*** I would not buy anything from them just being 100

Ok... I'm a very patient person. I'll just begin with that. I have a couple of things from this Aaron's store. One of those is a 65" television. Within a couple of months of receiving the tv, it stopped working. Aaron's sent a delivery driver to pick it up and leave a loaner. They were late getting to my house. I work in a service industry, and I understand that sometimes things prevent schedules from working out as they're expected. However, when one of my technicians is going to be late to an appointment, we call our customer and let them know what's going on. Aaron's doesn't do this. So, today Aaron's is scheduled to deliver my tv, which they've had for 2 weeks to "repair", between 11am and 3pm. That's a FOUR HOUR window. FOUR HOURS. They can't seem to pull that off. I bet you're thinking they called to let me know... You would be incorrect. In fact, at 4:15pm, I called the store and spoke with Jonathon, the manager. He apologized and said he would contact the driver and call me back, which he did. The reason the driver had not yet arrived with my tv was because he/she had "lost track of time" ... Really? This wouldn't irritate me as much if it weren't for the fact that Aaron's has been late for EVERY single appointment I've had with them. I guess the moral of this story is: If you live your life on a schedule, don't have Aaron's in Irvington Plaza deliver anything to your house. That's all, for now.
I went in to three Aarons on the east side and they were all the same, used filthy, and ridiculously high. Customer service was mediocre merchandise looked used and for the price and interest not worth it..
Cheap Overpriced, stained furniture. I would not recommend them.. everything literally looked used.
Ghetto is to say the least. Store is located directly in the hood. Everything looks used, especially the furniture. Overpriced merchandise. Me and my husband tried to purchase a t.v. that was triple the amount that it was worth. You would be better off going to walmart.
Dirty Pre-leased furniture. Horrible customer service. Although nice at first they are very Rude after initial payment is made then they will call and harrass you after one late payment. 3 times the intereston furniture that's cheaply made... Don't waste your time, especially at this location. They pick and choose who they rent to, and what they want to rent..2 thumbs down. Horrible company.
