I've been a loyal customer for multiple years now. They have been nothing but loyal back to me. Anytime I need assistance I receive it that day if not the next. Landmark reality has been and always will be a class act when to comes to reality. They have a personable shine to them.
Landmark Realty/ is one of the worst realty companies . I called several times about a leaky roof and water and mold in my basement . After threatened to call Health Department about a week later I get a bogus invioce from them saying I owe 7 months on my water and sewage but I pay.Citizens Energy directly and owe them nothing . They were given multiple violations by Health Dept. then I get a retaliatory phone call asking why I called Health Dept and I can move but my lease isnt up until 1/31/2017 and my rent is always paid on time . Then I find out from Citizens that my sewage is on same line as my neighbors and that I have been paying for both properties sewage bill . Go to office about me paying sewage for both properties and again I was told I could move ... Noted ton of properties who have recieved violations from Health.Department as well . Landmark Realty are true slumlords
We utilized Bob's service to to do a Guarantee Buy Out (GBO) of our existing home so that we could build our dream home with M/I Homes. Bob was able to sell our house and provided excellent service throughout both selling and purchasing. I would definitely recommend using Mueller Group PC !!!
this company ignores every attempt to contact them about the deplorable conditions with their buildings. They only care about the profits and look the other way on complaints. Several of their buildings are huge eye sores-bringing down the value of the homes around them. They would be better suited managing the ghetto/slums since that is how they prefer their buildings to look. When u call them a lady (with a nasty attitude) answers and tells u what u want to hear. She has no manners and seems eager to end the call. After which, they do NOTHING about the issues u report to them. They honestly can/will find a way to make the building worse and less desirable. Don't allow them to manage property in your area of u can avoid it.
I would not recommend Rodney Heard as a realtor. I personally had a bad experience that began after my contract was signed. A contractor he recommended entered my condo without my permission and removed carpet. This caused me to incur additional costs. I was under the impression his assistant would be able to handle miscellaneous tasks including swapping screens, cleaning and touching up paint of which she was paid to do. This was also not the case which added to my expenses. When the issues were brought forward, they made the decision to terminate the contract. It makes me wonder if my condo was listed for $1,000,000 if I would have received the same treatment. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a better realtor who has your best interest at heart!
Literally the worst experience renting I have ever had. Be ready for nonsense late fees, complete lack of customer service, and terrible maintenance issues without resolve. Absolutely furious and looking into legal action to break lease. The worst.
I totally agree with James below. Avoid this company with all cost people!! I tried to get a house with them and the property manager name Karen Arnold would hardly Ever return my calls till the first house I wanted ended up being rented by someone else, then when she told me about another house they had she told me to submit an application so I did and it cost me $50 to do so. I tried to get in touch with her about my app and once again couldn't reach her at all. Then when I finally did reach her she claim she couldn't find my app. Then she ask me if I got an authorization number. I said no, cause at the end of my app it said thank you and that was it, it didn't say anything about a authorization code. So then she go say well I can't find your app without that, which made me extremely mad. So when I got off the phone with her something told me to check my email, sure enough a authorization code was in my email, even though their website didn't tell me smh.. So I called her back, and once again can't reach her for Awhile now! Then when I finally reached her and told her the authorization cide she STILL claim she can't find my app, I'm like how can you Not find my app and I gave you and Authorization code?!?! Then she had the Nerves to tell me all she can say is I would have to do another app, plus pay Another $50 and then also said oh yeah that house you wanted is now sold. This company is Very Flaky! Stay away people!! Also they Never refund me my $50.
I am responding to the review above and would request that the YP.com company offer a second way a business may actually register and respond. The one and only method does not work if your phone utilizes anything but a live person answering your switchboard..which most small businesses use a routing system. I am disappointed that these people can publish so easily a review of our company over one event and it is virtually impossible for me to respond. WILMOTH Group has been successfully doing business since 1994 and rarely have one come across somebody with such a sense of vengence and lack of willingness to accept an apology and explanation. This reviewer believes what they want to believe. The facts, one of our licensed, independent contractor agents (this is normal in the real estate industry) failed to show up for an appointment with these people. This was a Sunday afternoon and the agent had limited communications. Totally wrong and a horrible reflection on our company. This agent has been punished and actually fined a significant sum by our company. We offered multiple times to these people to schedule another showing but unfortunately the home did sell. We are sorry. My wife and I have placed our name and personal reputation on the line for this business and we do not operate with anything but the desire to provde the highest level of customer service.
What an unprofessional agent and company. I hired him to sell a rental property. When he didn't do much work to market the property, I decided to change agents. This is when Bill's true side showed up. He refused to release a contract to sell the property. This is normal practice to release contracts when there is a disagreement between a realtor and seller. Moreover, Bill's broker - Ray Stuck - demanded $500 to release the contract. When I talked to other realtors, they told me this is unheard of to demand a fee. More than that, Bill and Ray demanded a fee which was not disclosed to me upfront (this was not in the contract), so they are violated rules.Bottom line, make sure you do your research and work with a reputable company that provides quality service and treats their clients well. Bill Barker, Ray Stuck and their company (HomeXpert Realtors, 5633 S. Meridian Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46217; (317) 788-7494) can only sign you up for contracts, but won't do anything more than that to sell your house.
Avoid this real estate group at all costs. Planned for over a week to travel 2 hours across the state, taking time off of work and using a lot of gas to view a property. After waiting over an hour, making numerous attempts to contact the agent we scheduled the viewing with we were forced to give up and return home. The worst part being from what we could see from the windows we would have wanted to place an offer on the house today. Now we aren't sure we will even be able to view the house before it gets sold.
